Palazzo Nail Bar

This was genuinely the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon in GA. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was definitely worth it.

Let’s break it down-
1. Visited this nail salon yesterday at 5pm & was warmly greeted by the receptionist who I believe her name is Tori. She was so nice 😳 and offered me refreshments while walking me through their services.

2. I was seated quickly and the store looked pretty clean. Kelly is the one who side my nails and Hanna did my pedi. The employees were also all speaking English and I felt very welcomed here.

3. Kelly did an amazing job on my nails. I got natural pink for my dip base with a French gel paint on the thinner side. I decided to be spontaneous and get chrome on my nails, GUYS OMG. This is the best decision I could’ve made. I also got tips and I’m so in love with how they turned out. These nails look so classy with the perfect touch of festivity. See my photos for reference.

4. My pedi was also very nice and the tech took her time with my service. A bit on the slow side but she was very thorough and clean with everything. I usually get cut at other places, but the service went so smoothly and she did great with painting my toes.

Overall I loved my time her and would highly recommend this salon to anyone! I believe they’re also giving out prizes with the raffle tickets at this time so give them a visit y’all!

Love this place! I have been going since they opened. It’s so nice and clean. The owners are great and Tracy is the best nail technician. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

Anna is so great! I have been looking for my next salon since i moved to this area. I am so picky and tried three other places before this one. I can now confidently say that i have found my new nail salon and my favorite new nail tech Anna!

Cream is AWESOME! She introduced me to GelX today. She done a beautiful job. I'm super happy.

It's spacious and clean. Mai (pronounced My) does an immaculate SNS manicure and eyebrow wax. My manicure is 3 weeks old and still looking good.

Great customer service always! I’ve been going here for years. The entire staff is amazing. Very convenient and also accepts walk ins. Ana the nail technician is amazing!

I haven’t been to this place in years but I came in today and Lin was amazing! She was very pleasant, did a GREAT pedicure and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. I’ll definitely be returning.

BMW and Lu are awesome they’re my favorite nail techs and service is always great here

I've been wanting to come here on my way home and finally decided to give it a try. Really nice place, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Tracey did a wonderful job on my SNS. I asked for a nude ombre with a glitter ring nail and she picked perfect colors. Turned out great!

Van is amazing!! I've never been to a more amazing nail tech! My nails always look gorgeous and even better natural with the SNS.

Their Gel color is only $15!. This is really awesome because it's cheaper than most places. The nail tech was really nice and clean. Will be coming again!

I was looking for a place to get two manicures, and I admit, it was an hour before many places close. After being told no a few times, I called Palazzo and without hesitation, they said to come right over! Talk about customer service!

My daughter and I came in to get mani-pedi's and I had Amy. She was personable and friendly. Amy and I had really good conversation and laughs. She did an AMAZING job and from now on, I am a customer. This place is very accommodating in offering water, etc. I was comfortable and was able to relax. Prices are good for the service you get. Definitely coming back! My daughter was very satisfied with her manicure as well. Thank you ladies!!

Very personable, I felt very comfortable with my nail tech, my nails were fabulous I love the way she shaped them and they all look the sameI will go back again definitely.I was very happy

For the past six months I have had consistently great service. I normally come after work, and when I come on the weekends it is extremely busy, but they manage it very well. So far Lily has been my favorite tech, she does great work with S&S!

This was my first time going to Palazzo nails and spa and I loved it! Angie was so sweet and she really did a good job doing my nails. I will definitely keep going there. Everyone there was just so sweet and welcoming!

I had a good experience here. The place is beautiful, with a baby grand piano in the middle of the shop. It'd be nice if they had a day or a time of day, when someone would play it. Anyway, I was seated right away, and my manicurist was friendly. She did a great job!

Just had my nails done by Kim. She was so sweet and did an amazing job. My nails are perfect and exactly what I wanted. Already scheduled my next appointment. The salon is beautiful, and spotless. I highly recommend them.
