Can not say enough good thing about Adrian and Bartline Plumbing! We had several plumbing catastrophes occurring at the same time, but one that required an emergency after hours call. Adrian was wonderful!! He was incredibly patient and informative, listened to all the details of the issues, and shared his thoughts about what he thought the issue was. We spoke to 10 other services who wouldn’t give us any information other than the “come out” fee. Adrian provided clear costs to us before he even headed our way. He thoroughly looked over the property, even indulging random questions and a review of our washing machine. He walked us through everything he was doing, and was able to quickly resolve the issue. No hidden costs, charged us exactly what he had told us. We couldn’t get any of the other services to come out until the next morning or later in the week. However, Adrian made an exception and came out to our house at 9pm.
Completely professional, even provided us a clear write up that he emailed to us on the spot (no paper version that is hard to read or easily lost), which outlined potential costs and recommended work for our other plumbing concerns, so it was clear to send to our land lords.

We would not hesitate to use their service again, and are so grateful for the assistance and consumer friendly practices!

Adrian from Bartline came out today to repair the punctured drain pipe inside the drywall. He was very courteous from the start to finish, explained different options and answered all of the plumbing questions I had (even the ones not related to the particular job he was working on). The price was very affordable with no hidden charges. I am very happy with the job, and if I will definitely use them again in the future...

Adrian with Bartline was AWESOME! Not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain the problem but he also noticed other problems and educated me on what needs to be done and what to look out for. His customer service skills were superb! He even took the time to talk with my warranty company and advocate for me to receive reimbursement. We will definitely be customers as long as we are in the area!

I worked with Adrian from Bartline Plumbing for an issue we had at the office and was very pleased with his knowledge about plumbing. I want to thank Adrian and Assistant for a extremely great Professional and Trusting experience. Excellent Service, which is very hard to come by now days. I had a leak in my front yard, which was close to the Water Meter. These Gentlemen found the leak, explained to me the problem and placed my Lawn back in tact. Extremely courteous. Adrian Mincu , was our plumber along with his partner they came to see our situation which was an underground water pipe busted somewhere in the house, they were very professional about it and even have their own leak detector which some other company had to hire a 3rd party (trust me learn from Experience) they came to see but ended up started working on my home even though it was late they still helped us fixed our pipe and had our water running again . I highly recommend these guys to anyone that need a job done and not break the bank .

I used Bartline plumbing services just last week and my technician was Jessie. He arrived on time for my scheduled appointment , was knowledgeable , courteous , and professional. He repaired multiple toilets and faucets for my 3 different bathrooms in my home in under an hours time. I highly recommend this Plumbing Service company

Adrian & Jessie were very home welcoming. I really enjoyed their company. The job was very professional and they both kept everything clean. If I ever have any more issues Bartline will be my first choice. It's a home base company, which they look at me as a costumer not a number. Adrian & Jessie wanted to take a second look to make sure everything was done perfectly. I felt like my family came to visit me, that's how comfortable I felt with them. I felt like I was in perfect hands and that's why I feel very safe with Bartline Plumbing Services by my side.

Adrian and Jessie were awesome! They kept great communication leading up to the appointment and were very informative while they were here. I was never in the dark wondering what was going on and what the costs will be. They were VERY quick to give me a home appointment. I like that they have high standards. It's not done the cheap way out but the prices are very fair. You won't be disappointed with these folks!

I can't say enough good about Bartine Plumbing! From the very start with prompt, courteous service, they excelled in everything. What started as a hot water heater replacement was actually a leak under our slab. They were honest that they were not 100 percent sure where the leak was, waived their location fee and suggested an actual company to come and locate the leak. Once it was located Adrian came out and began work in it. He worked late into the evening to locate the leak (where the location company said it would be, but was not) He came back the next day and again worked for hours (jack hammering our slab) and still the leak was not where it should have been. He came back the next day, drilled in another area and found and repaired the leak. The delay in the repair was no fault of his own as it was not located properly. The entire time he remained calm and polite and worked tirelessly. I would use them again (but hope not to have to for some time) and highly recommend them!

My husband had called 2 other plumbers prior to contacting Bartline. He has nothing but rave reviews for Bartline. They were knowledgeable, went above and beyond and were very fair with pricing, including giving a veteran's discount. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you are looking for a top notch plumber.

Adrian and Tony did a great job! They were able to squeeze me into the schedule even though it was late in the afternoon when I called. They arrived at my home on time and performed the job quickly and effectively while explaining everything they were doing. They were respectful of my home and were very transparent in regards to costs. I will definitely use them again in the future!

We have used Bartline several times and Adrian has been wonderful and fair. I originally called regarding a toilet float that was not working properly and Adrian came by and adjusted it and also helped with a kitchen faucet issue that I had a question about. He actually fixed it and was not going to charge.... he was just being Adrian.

We did however talk about water pressure and he checked it out . I did have an issue with an old pressure adjuster and he replaced it. I can't believe how great our water pressure is now. He is proud of the work he does and is a very nice man as is Ed Bartline who has dropped by before to help us out.

Prices are very fair and I got my "good looks" discount. (:

I called Bartline mid-day on a Friday to schedule a service call for a vintage Kohler pedestal sink. Lucky the wife was home because Adrian was an hour early and had the sink disassembled and diagnosed by the time I got home. Parts had to be ordered and I was told he'd return when they were received. Communication was outstanding and I was updated regularly. I figured the cost saved me more than half the expense of a new faucet installation. I chose Bartline because I support small businesses and their online reviews were favorable. Bartline/Adrian did not disappoint and I'd not hesitate to engage again or refer to anyone.

This is the 2nd time we have used Bartline Plumbing and we have been very impressed and pleased with their service both times. Their prices are reasonable, Adrien is very friendly, helpful and courteous. He gave us a very helpful tip to use our 2nd time we used him. We highly recommend him and have decided he will be our 1st call for any plumbing issues we have.

We had two plumbing issues which they came and repaired quickly and professionally. We have had bad luck with plumbers in the past, so it was a relief to find an honest plumber who knew what they were doing. I recommend this company for anyone with plumbing issues. I definitely will be calling them with any future plumbing needs!

Ed Bartline is very professional and respectful He is understandable and communicate writing notes with me. I'm deaf lady and my husband spoke him.. He is an excellent job and install new water heater and remove old one. Fair cost affordable and best Bartline Plumber Service.

Adrian is amazing. I can't say that enough. We had a leak come from our front porch as we were leaving on vacation for the 4th of July weekend. We had our home previously repiped in 2008 by another company because it was made with those bad poly pipes. Never did I imagine I would have to deal with water issues again.

Enter Adrian. We called the original company who repiped our home who said there was a leak in the main line and that they had to dig up the front yard, may not save the bushes and had to repipe part of the house. A huge job and devastating to hear this! The original company gave us one quote and we called Adrian to get another one.

We immediately had a good vibe when we contacted Adrian. He was respectful, professional and got back to us right away. He gave us a lower quote and told us the same work that needed to be done and he could save the bushes. He said he could do work the next day.

We literally gave him our keys since we were leaving town and trusted him to take care of our home. And that he did! He sent us pictures of his progress and and let us know when he was done. He really kept us informed. We could not have been more pleased. He was incredible with his work, his professionalism, his detail and willingness to work within our budget.

His work revealed another issue with our plumbing from our original work and he came late at night to assess the issue and did exceptional work to fix the issue at an extremely fair rate.

I cannot recommend this company and Adrian enough. You will get professional and timely service, fair and competitive rates and exceptional care, thoughtfulness and service to your home. We told Adrian that he is now officially our plumber because we are so satisfied and elated with his service and trust his work implicitly. You will not be disappointed with their wonderful service.

We called what I thought was a problem with our new-ish water heater but Bartline (who returned our call pretty quickly and had someone arrive 15 minutes later) diagnosed it as the pressure regulator for the whole house failing as the root of the problem. We had called around 9 a.m. and they had the whole thing fixed before lunch. They were prompt. They were courteous. They were professional. Highly recommended.

Called in the morning and they were out early afternoon after quoting a reasonable price. They were very professional and installed everything to code. I'm a contractor, so I know good work when I see it. Friendly, competent and professional.... couldn't ask for more. I would definatly use them again.
