I only have service experience with a CPO vehicle so I've been fully under warranty but the experience has been very good. They have fair amenities and areas to wait. My experiences have been accurate and completion times reasonable all times except one (less communication than normal but it was a one off experience).

I'd def recommend them so far given my warranty experience.

From the first phone call, through the test drive, to the time I drove off the lot, I received excellent customer service from the salesmen. Called and was given a lot of information without a hard sale. This convinced me to go look at the car. During the test drive, I was given more information, and all my questions were answered. The salesmen were patient with my time-line to buy the car, and they gave me all my options, so I could make an informed decision. After purchasing the car, one salesmen helped me set up much of the programming I needed. Jose and David were the two salesmen I dealt with, and they sell the way I do, with information, not by being pushy or trying to intimidate.

We had a great experience purchasing a used Jeep from Jim Ellis Buick GMC Mall of Georgia dealership in Buford. Steve Mains was our Sales Representative, Sammy Karaki was our Sales Manager, and Tony Benitez was our Finance Manager. All of our questions were answered and our concerns were addressed. I would work with these 3 gentlemen again and would highly recommend them all to anyone who prefers a personal, non-aggresive approach to car buying.

Had an appointment to get my oil changed. Talked to Service Advisor Tate Gardner and he took care of everything I needed. He was very respectful and easy to talk to and very considerate. He is legit the only o e i care to talk to anymore.

Jim Ellis service has always been there when we needed them. From regular service to emergency service. We had an unexpected dead battery. Once the car arrived David Gonzalez immediately took care of our car. He quicky got the car back on the road and provided a courtesy ride from our home to the dealership to pick the car up. He is professional, courteous and makes you his number one priority.

Great service department, they fixed my truck when it went into limp mode when other dealers could not. They even gave me a loaner truck while they did the work.
