Avis was very accommodating during my recent rental. Twice I needed to extend my rental period, and they handled it smoothly and easily. This flexibility was a lifesaver and made my weekend less stressful ... The fact that it's female, African American owned & operated was a plus! 🤗

Absolutely fantastic experience with Jessica!! Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly demeanor truly stood out. As a traveler in Atlanta I was not certain about the rental rules and I forgot to bring one of the documents needed. Store was approaching its close time, she told me to go get my thing and she would be there waiting for me. Jessica was very helpful and she made the entire rental process smooth and enjoyable. Thank you Jessica, you are a legend:))

I regularly rent from this location and I always get fast and friendly customer service. Bethany always has a smile on her face and has alot of patience. Their cars are always clean and any issues I have are immediately addressed and handled to the best of their ability.

My experience at this Avis was stress free , Bethany was so respectful when I picked up my vehicle and when I dropped of my vehicle. I will certainly rent from here again

This is a great place to rent you a car from! My experiences here have been exceptional each of the 3 times I have come here. I travel a lot, so I am constantly renting cars. They make the experience so easy and effortless. The lady at the desk is the best!!!! She is always smiling and she is very very very helpful! She is also one of the main reasons I continue to come to Avis and this location specifically. The cars that I have rented are always clean, always on a full tank of gas, and never have any damages on them! I reserve my cars online and they always have the car that I reserved in the lot and ready for me to ride! I recommend that if you need to rent a car that you come to this Avis location, because it is the best! Thanks for everything and for making my experience a great one!

I cannot say enough nice things about this location. Walter and his crew are patient and always accommodating. I have been going to this location for years. My company rents me a car sometimes every week or several times a month so I am a frequent visitor not the occasional blue moon.
They have even given me a nickname, because I’m so frequent.

Avis as entire company has been nothing but wonderful. In every city and every state I use them. But this location in my “home” base so it’s my favorite.

I'm correcting my previous review. I had no idea that when (we) the consumer call our local Avis we are redirected to customer service that is OUTSOURCED to another country. My HORRIBLE experience and confusion wasn't caused by my local AVIS it was caused by customer service from a representative that was outsourced! The owner of the franchise seems to get blamed for all of this confusion of pricing, the incorrect number of rentals, discounts, and unprofessionalism.
I was wrong. I blamed the owner. I'm deeply sorry. I always like to help black owned businesses. The owner of the stockbridge, GA location, who I had the pleasure of meeting helped me correct what customer service messed up. She adjused my account manually and contacted me personally and apologized. That is the what customer service looks like. You don't see that kind of service anymore; it's very rare. I highly recommend the Avis in Stockbridge, GA.

First time visiting location was very challenging with a few concerns. But over all, the Avis representative remain humble and professionally regardless. Upon return he'd placed me with a Kia forte which is very comfy and I'm fully aware of the 41 mph. instead I were exchanged with a Mitsubishi SUV. Comfy and viewable of surrounding vehicles on highway.evryrhing work. I had refuel once.one way price was great!

I have rented vehicles from these individuals for several years and have always received excellent customer service. If they don't have the vehicle you requested, they will also upgrade you with a better vehicle. For a limited amount of staff, they do an excellent job. Rates are rather reasonable too!

I’ve also witnessed their kindness and patience with other customers. Gloria and Walter have created an outstanding team. A pleasure to work with and I highly recommend this location!

Step was AMAZING! When I tell you she had the best customer service and her store was super busy. She was in the store alone and she spoke to everyone who came thru the door. This was my first time renting a car in Georgia and I will come back here everytime I want or need to rent a car. She helped me make my sons birthday special and for that I am forever thankful and grateful. #footballplayers

Quick service both when renting and returning the car. No nonsense, just in and out. Car was fairly clean on pickup and they didn't nitpick the car on return. I will rent from here again without a doubt
