Love this facility and staff! I just recently started bringing my child here, she’s never really been away from me so it’s been a tough transition for both of us, but the staff and heather have made it so much better by supporting both of us! I’m so glad I chose this specific location to help care for my child I wouldn’t have it any other way!
They’re super good at updating me daily on how her day is going which has helped calm my nerves so much!

Great location, Great staff, Great experience. Our children have been attending this daycare since they were able to, our oldest has been through all the rooms and graduated pre k here, and is now a star student in kindergarten! Our younger two are working their way through now and have made the best of friends, and bonds with their teachers! Management is and always has been a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this facility!

Thanks to kindercare my son has excelled in his speech with speech therapy . We have been at sugar hill kindercare since my son was 6 months old he is 3 years now . I wouldn't go anywhere else in so grateful to these awesome women . 🙌

Excellent staff! I want to commend them on their response to the pandemic. Everyday, they only allow one masked parent and one kid in the lobby at a time to take your kids temperature and sign in for school. And they haven’t slacked on the effort since the beginning. I truly appreciate it! My daughter has been here for a little over 2 years now and she absolutely loves each teacher she has had. Im thankful. Great job guys!

My daughter has been going to KinderCare for 3 years now. She absolutely loves it there. All of the teachers she’s had have been her favorites. She talks about them constantly. With Covid, I can’t begin to explain how cautious they are. From the entrance to the building to the cleaning....it’s insane. I have a newborn at home and I’m not worried about anyone getting sick because they do there job. And they do there job well. So well, once I start working again, my baby will be going there as well.

We love Mrs. Chioma and her staff! The kids love going to school and I wouldn’t leave them with anyone else. There’s a low turnover of teachers which creates stability and the opportunity for the kids to form bonds and trust. The facility is always clean and our kids have thrived!

I love this center !!! This is my baby's first year in pre school and I've always been scared of where to leave my son because I'm so over protective of my boys and I'm always scared they will do something to them but I love this place. From when I first walked in I was greeted nicely by the staff and I love the environment they create. It is a very clean facility and the teachers and the other staff are very very great especially Ms. Raegan and Mrs. Nicole, they have been wonderful with my son. He looks forward to school EVERYDAY ! And the thing I love the most is that they have cameras in every room and they allow for you to come in and sit there and watch your child on a tv they have out in the front lobby for as long as you'd like. I honestly wouldn't want my son to go anywhere else. I love the choice I made and the center period that I will definitely continue to bring my children here.

Update Sept 2020....I was devastated when I thought Covid would permanently shut down Kindercare of Sugar Hill. When Chioma the director told me they were opening back up I was so excited. My daughter has attended since 8 weeks as you can see in my prior reviews. She is now almost 3. In our years here she has been looked after very well. There have been scrapes, scratches and such once in a while but these are toddlers and that is what they do. Every incident is reported and explained to me in detail. They mostly occur because the toddlers are learning to share and having a hard time doing so or scuffed knees from falling on the playground. Otherwise, I have never experienced any questionable situations and would not consider those situations to be one. This is her other family one hundred percent. She is cared for as such and I have only witnessed the same for the other kids in the care of Kindercare. The main difference I see in this daycare is that Chioma the director puts the kids FIRST at any cost. I know I can relax knowing that.

Now, let's address Covid: This center is constantly cleaned. Kindercare is not playing around. With any symptoms or possible contact quarantine is an immediate must. So far my daughter has actually been less sick (sniffles, common cold etc) than years prior. I feel that the place is very clean and the employees respect the need to maintain and promote proper handwashing, distance, etc. Children stay in the classroom with their teachers and no monger eat family style in the lunchroom. They eat at tabled of 3 or so in the classroom so not to mingle too much with other kids of other ages or come in contact. Parents are only allowed in the building lobby one at a time to check in/out their child(ren) and must wear a mask. Temperatures are taken and recorded upon entry by the parent with sanitized hands and gloves provided. The temperature is shown to an employee and recorded.

We are very happy here as always and look forward to many more years!

Update a year later...2019
Still LOVE the place. My last review was in March 2018. I just want to update that my 17 month old is still at Rainbow. She still asks to go every day. She still loves it there! Chioma is still running the place like a champ. The best thing about Rainbow in my opinion is that everyone is like a big family. Each employee is aware of every kid in the daycare and familiar with them. I see teachers helping other teachers a lot. They are all very involved and attentive. There is great communication among the teachers as to any child needs that are known. There have been some teacher staff changes but I think the teachers that Chioma has replaced them with have been great. She cares greatly for the kids there and it shows in the people she has working there.

My son has attended KinderCare for 2 years now and has loved all of his teachers and Ms. Chioma! With the pandemic they have taken every possible precaution possible to create a safe environment still filled with fun learning. We wouldn't take him anywhere else!

My son has been going to Kindercare for 5 years now, even attending for GPK. He loves the teachers and Ms. Chioma has played a major role in his development. They have been a major help with the virtual learning while my husband and I still have to work. The daycare is always clean and well maintained. I would recommend this daycare to anyone who is interested.

KinderCare has been a saving grace for us! My son now in elementary school asks me daily when picking up my daughter if Ms. Chioma will come outside. Just so he can say Hi. Since we are only allowed to go inside one at a time with the covid restrictions. She is always so kind an comes out to greet him! Even continues to check on him to see how he is doing in elementary school. Kindercare has always been top notch clean especially now in these times. I have been very pleased, and grateful for there services. So hats off to you all for doing a great job!

Great staff and management. Both our kids have been attending Kindercare of Sugar Hill for more than 6 months and we couldn’t be happier. Especially during these times, we trust that they are in a safe environment and well taken care of.

It’s a perfect place to feel comfortable to leave your child at. They are very professional and always willing to work with your child. The teachers are very professional and friendly. The management team is doing a really nice job in managing the facility with a lot of development. I recommend it.

I feel I couldn't have made a better choice by enrolling my daughter in Rainbow Child Care Center. Each staff member exhibits passion for doing their part in ensuring the center is functioning at its optimum. My daughter constantly tells me that she enjoys her stay there.

We love KinderCare. Our oldest daughter goes here and we figured to add on to the KinderCare family with our baby. They’re on top of covid cleanliness and they’re informative of all things happening. Great quality care for our littles! We definitely are glad we’re a part of the KinderCare family!

It is very sad that people make up stories without finding out the truth because they are asked to go and do a review by a family member. No child's arm was ever broken in this center. My children currently attends this center. We have been here for 2 years and the new management team is awesome. I have never had any issues. I will advice people to go and find out the truth by themselves.

We're very happy that we found this child care. All the stuff are very nice and friendly. Our teacher, Ms Angel is absolutely amazing, she takes very good care of our daughter. I absolutely recommend this child care to everybody.

My 2 daughters started here in July, one is in pre k and the other one in the toddler room. I was so worried because they have never been in childcare before at first, they would cry in the mornings but it’s been 2 months, they don’t cry anymore and I can see a big difference when it comes to their educational growth specially my 2 year old she talks so much now and she is fully potty trained because of her teacher! Everytime I pick them up they are so happy. Every staff in the center greets us with so much love and excitement in the mornings. I love that I get pictures on my phone of my girls everyday theoughout the day. You guys are doing a great job with keeping that center clean as well. I can’t be more happier that I chose this center for my girls so, I just want to say thank you staff at Rainbow Child Care Cebter in sugar hill you guys are AWESOME !

My son and I are very happy, he spends his days learning and is happy when he arrives at his school, he says thank you mom for finding me this school, he loves his teacher and everyone there is kind and willing. Thanks for that I can leave my son and go to work calm knowing that he will be well.
