Very effective place. Love coming here to drop off my amazon packages and returns. There may be a line time to time but it goes by very fast. Love the service. The best UPS store in town. Clean, friendly, and good location!

Today I had to return a bed and didn't know that I was supposed to be prepackage it before bringing it over for them to ship the item back.

Jordan and Amir was very professional at their job.

Definitely had customer service skill sets to show for.

They have guided me every step of the way and also halping me to ford the bed in 3 ways so that it could be properly wrapped.

Without their help wrapping wouldn't be possible for 1 person to do.

We need more people like Jordan and Amir in this world.

When I needed to receive a freight delivery at a commercial address, this UPS store graciously agreed to handle that receipt. It was an unusual request requiring the support of several store employees but the whole team was awesome and really did me a huge service. ps: those who complain on $2 tape charge - go to USPS. They charge $3.5 for itty bitty roll. It's called DIY at home or pay on the go...

I didn't realize this location has been here for three months! FANTASTIC service!! Everywhere had a 72 hour turn time, and this location estimated my order would be ready by 3:30pm, to my surprise I got a notification at 9:00am that my order was ready! Friendly and professional service. Thank you so much!! I'll be returning here for all my printing and shipping needs in the future.
