There was only 1 person to assist the customers. His name was Douglas. When I arrived he was working with a couple who had just purchased phones. Another couple and a woman were ahead of me. He was great at multitasking and helping each customer. Two people came in to pay their bill and he helped them quickly. He was professional and respectful at all times.

Douglas is all around an amazing employee at metro in Stockbridge on N. Henry blvd. He was there working all by himself handing all the customers with patience and care. I got my phone replacement with no problems. I will forever recommend him to anyone who is in need of phone service. I've never been somewhere with customer service excellence with the way he manages things! I am also a wheelchair user and he went beyond and above to help find the person whose car was blocking the access ramp to the building!

I've had Metro for ten years so when my cellphone crashed, I did some quick, on line searches for possible replacement phones and visited this location. I was immediately welcomed into store by a very friendly Vanessa, I think, and asked how she could help me. After explaining my situation, she and the manager, Doug, walked me through my options and had the phone ordered for the next day. When I returned, Doug patiently and professionally setup the phone, walked me through the operation and features, and upgraded my service with some perks I had been missing. Overall, a tremendously positive and enjoyable experience. Prepare to be blown away.

Carmen Hoard was awesome! This is my second experience with her and she has shown exceptional customer service every time. She is very polite, patient, professional and helpful. She definitely seemed to know her job and tried to help me find the best phone and accessories for my convenience. She deserves a promotion. Thanks MetroPCS.

I came in and the white girl standing front ignored me completely and didn’t speak at all. So I went on over to the sweet and inviting young pregnant girl by the name of Tatiana who was very helpful with a positive attitude if it weren’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere! This isn’t the first time I’ve visited this location and that same white girl ignored me completely. Other then that Tatiana was very delightful and the only reason I’ll return to this location.

Taliah was very helpful beyond measures. I'm 72years old with no patients but Taliah was so nice, going through different possibilities to restore service on my phone. Company was experiencing a power outage nationwide we were not aware of until contacting Customer Care but I had to been the first wave. Truly amazing employee.

Ms Joan is an amazing customer service rep. MetroPCS has to very valuable gems working for there company. I am really impressed with the level of expertise and exceptional customer service she and Ms Mia had shown not only to myself but others who entered there store. These ladies had this location smelling wonderful, they had the best music playing, they were friendly and helpful and we chatted like old friends, best metro I’ve ever been to, hands down 😁

I was in there on 9/15/2017. Amazing service by the ladies and gentlemen there. Charlette the store manager was very friendly, professional, and awesome. She helped me get a phone for me and my wife. She made sure everything worked before leaving and got me an awesome deal on accessories for my phone. 10/10 would recommend.
