Great service - don't judge the building by it's exterior. Inside are helpful sales associates that listen and show you items within your budget.

If you are budget-conscious, then go ahead and visit. If you find a sale, it's within range of much cheaper and less-quality furniture. Especially leather! You can easily get out of your budget, but what I'm saying is ask for discounts, sales, or clearance items. You'll be within striking distance of Ashley, Rooms to Go, even Rooms to Go Outlet. And this quality is better.

Great service...CSR Mr. Stokes was great and very helpful. Gave good advice on what mattress to buy and why t one is better than the other.

I was very impressed with this Macy's furniture store. My sales associate was so nice and made me feel comfortable. Mr. Vaughn was the best. I did eventually buy the 5 piece sectional sofa that day, and I can't wait for delivery. I will be going back to shop for more furniture in the near future.

I like this location. I usually go during the weekday morning so it's much quieter and I can shop in peace. I like the Macy's exclusive products. I wish they included free shipping but that's not against this location. That's just a policy. But overall the furniture is of great quality and the prices reasonable. You can get your whole house outfitted from Macy's.

Literally the only reason it’s worth going into this store is for Vaughn. There was a line of people waiting to work with him and for good reason. He has taken care of us for years and we will continue to go to see Vaughn for our furniture needs.

Look it’s a hassle to go into a store when it’s the same price online and much easier to purchase. These stores need to be offering discounts to get people into the stores or they will be shutting down one by one. Good customer service is the only thing working in your favor and none of the other agents were nearly as kind or helpful as Vaughn. Promote this guy.

Last place I went to after looking 4 days for a sofa, and BAM!! There it was , the perfect sofa I was searching so desperately for!! I could have saved myself a lot of time and energy if I went there first. Signed up for the Macy card and got 24 months no interest and an extra $100 off. Delivery was on time, the guys were very professional. We could not be more happy and satisfied with the entire experience start to finish GREAT JOB MACY'S !!

Macy's Satellite Furniture location near Pleasant Hill and Gwinnett Place Mall is one of the best furniture stores in Atlanta. This store continues to have a great mix of choices even as many stores in the area moved. Conveinent, well stocked, courteous staff and more. The best thing about Macy's is service. If you are shopping price, wait a couple weeks and it will be on sale. This location is definitely one of the best run furniture stores around.

Always a great place to get a mattress. Experienced staff who know their products. Delivery was on time and fast. They charge to take away the old mattress now. There is a new bed pad that is a barrier for mites. Many people are allergic to them.

Memorial day sales were fantastic! Their items are really nice (and even affordable if they're on sale). They have a very good selection of carpets too.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Brenda C. For a mattress. She is very knowledgeable about the inventory in the store and on the show room floor. I would definitely recommend you ask for Brenda when you come to the store.

Keith is a good salesman

I have visited Macy's furniture store several times. On this latest visit I looked at several mattresses and with the help of the salesperson I selected the right mattress. I have been a customer of Macy's for over 50 years and they did not disappoint.

One of my favorite furniture stores. They have outdoor and indoor furnishings for almost every room in the house. I'm a huge leather lover so this is always ground zero for me.

A.G. the sales guy was very knowledgeable, wasn't pushy, and was extremely patient. Highly recommend you ask for him if you're mattress shopping.

Great selection of furniture. Nice staff and good prices. Some items lack customization of the cushion material.
