Emma is an extremely knowledgeable person about sephora products and skincare! Customer service is always kind & valued here. Although there could be more attentiveness to the try ons because fresh strawberry cleanser was filled with product on the lid, most try ons are extremely well kept :)

Katie, Nicole, and Awreon were all really nice to my mom, and I got to draw on my hand. Will be going back sometime. 👍

I came in just to sniff perfumes while wasting time until another store opened. No less than 3 employees checked to make sure I didn't need help. I appreciate their attentiveness. The store was clean and not very busy, so it must've been easy to keep an eye on who was there.

I’m giving a 5 star rating solely on my interaction with the staff, especially Michelle today.
She was stocking the display of the brand that I came to the store to find. I was standing behind for a short while, looking for a specific product and when she realized I was there, she apologized for being in my way! She asked what item I was looking for and she helped me find it. She was genuine in her questioning for why I was interested in that specific one. She brought me to another similar product that may be better for my situation. When discussing the benefits each one has, a question came up that she didn’t feel comfortable answering because she wasn’t 100% sure that the answer was correct. So she went out of her way to find someone who could give a definite answer. She then brought me a few other products to look into as well.
I felt very welcomed by her and like she actually cared about me and my skin. I’m fairly new to skin care and I feel like not only did I find a product I think may fall in love with, I feel like I left the store with more confidence in my future purchases.

The associate Bridget was the kindest and most help I've ever had walking into here. I hope she is treated well because she sure made a point to treat me well and answer all my questions regarding makeup as I don't know what I am doing when it comes to that department and she helped me with some a skin care thank you

I had a good customer service experience today! I had previously gone in to a competitors store and was completely ignored. I was in to Sephora and was greeted first thing. Plus, a beauty consultant named Ashley actually asked if I needed help, answered my questions and everything! Even though I only bought a small kit, she still took the time to help. Thank you Ashley!

I've always struggled with how I see myself and my identity as a mixed-asian woman with slight monolids. Richard did my full-face makeup and it went from beast to beauty! I am amazed! I never imagined I could ever look pretty but Richard gave me tips and was patient with me and all my questions!

Went there today. Everyone was awesome. We tried a million different lip colors. She paired it with lip liner. I was told I was beautiful.... hadn't even brushed my hair!! This store made my day today!

I had a nice first time visit at Sephora today. Julia was very nice and knowledgeable of the products. She showed me (and gave me a sample of) a matte foundation that's good for my skin type. I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to a lot of makeup since all I wear is mascara and eyeliner. I also bought lip stain and I love it! Thanks Julia for the help. You were such a good associate.

Came in on a Saturday so I expected the store to be busy. I had to wait a little while to get foundation matched with an associate, and she was fabulous and I regret not remembering her name. She took the time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and spent so much time helping me at the beauty counter when I know she could have been doing other things! Great experience and lovely customer service.

I have been a regular customer for several years. All employees are welcoming and willing to answer any questions I have. I have yet to have a negative experience in the store. I also appreciate the large range of cruelty free products available in store.

Was in Sephora a couple months ago. Was not impressed with their customer service. I told myself I would just start ordering items online. Until I wanted a new foundation and heard they give samples of everything unlike Ulta. I was extremely impressed this time around! I like employees opinions about products. So to have FOUR employees ask me if I’m finding everything okay wherever I was at in the store. Is awesome to me! Whoever they had working November 1st 2018! Awesome and helpful staff!

I can’t remember the name of the sales associate who helped me but she was super awesome. She asked me if I needed any help and I told her I was looking for a setting powder and she recommended laura mercier translucent powder (it’s amazing btw). Signed me up for the beauty insider program and gave me a birthday gift since I’m turning 22 in a couple weeks. Better customer service than any other make up store I’ve been to.

I am extremely picky when it comes to my fragrances. I have spent hours trying find a scent that I like. When I was browsing Sephoras selection Brett came up and was extremely helpful in helping me find something I liked. He was knowledgeable and personable and he helped me find a number of scents that I thoroughly enjoy.

This is a great place to get your wife some lasting makeup and all that stuff. I figured out that it might seem expensive at the time, but they last for a very long time. If you buy your wife and or girlfriend makeup products from here, then they will be a good investment.
