The outfits and selection are fabulous. I had the best service ever from Crystal the manager. She was like hiring a personal shopping assistant. She was busy but kept up with other customers and still made us all feel special. If something didn't fit She search the store for you. The 2nd time I went in she even remembered my name. She is fantastic! I got the cutest outfits that actually fit me. 😀

The staff was SO friendly, I’m a curvier girl so I wear some of their bigger sizes which they did offer and had in stock. Everything is very on brand in the store. I purchased sunglasses on this particular trip- The staff at this location were helpful and let me know about a deal even as I got to the front of checkout line. Great Surf + Skate products!

Emma is an amazing sales associate! You can tell Emma works really hard to make things run smoothly and has great interactions with customers! Always positive!

I cannot express enough my gratitude and appreciation for Cristal, who I found out later was the manager. My daughter suffers from a pretty high level of anxiety and, while a simple shopping trip for most teens is fun, for her shopping for clothes can result in hours of meltdowns, indecisions, arguing and overall frustrations for both of us. Cristal approached us, was super friendly, talked to my daughter about what she was looking for and basically became her personal shopper. She was absolutely WONDERFUL with my daughter without even knowing her backstory. Cristal worked with her so well and I saw zero anxiety out of my daughter the entire time. It was one of the most enjoyable shopping trips we have been on because of Cristal's kindness, her passion for her job and her overall love for what she was doing. She is a true asset to Tillys and we will be back again! Thank you so much for all you did! ❤

Out of all the stores at the mall, Tilly's was by far the best experience. We were greeted at the front counter with warm smiles by Trinity and Kyron.

I came in shopping for a pair of pants, I'm highly self-conscious about the fact that one of my legs is visibly longer than the other and I was looking for something that fit just right that I could cuff to hide the deformity.

Ricky helped me pick out a couple pairs and as I tried them on Caleb and Kelsey were very encouraging and made sure I knew I looked just fine with one pant leg cuffed and you couldn't even tell that I was working with an extra 2 inches on one side.

I even had some encouragement from Veronica.

Very appreciative of all the support and had a really great experience. I will definitely be back.

All around a great experience. The store itself is organized and clean, as is with the merchandise. The associates did a good job with helping but not being too close, with everything going on, so that was nice. The whole management of the Tilly’s in Springfield is very well done and it was an awesome place to shop.

All of them are always so great! By far my favorite place in the mall!

SUPER happy with my experience at the store today. It was nice that I was actually able to try on clothing (really needed a new swimsuit and online is so hard), but I appreciate the fact that they are being cautious with the current pandemic having employees and customers wear masks and practice distancing. I know some might disagree, but personally it's hardly an inconvenience to wear a mask and protect myself or another.
The other thing that has SOLD me on this location is their associate Lauren who literally helped me find everything I was looking for, including styles, sizes, and colors. She was the BEST-- super friendly and helpful. To top it off the cost of what I ended up getting was way less than expected, I think I've paid more at Target for comparable purchases.

THE CLOTHES: I find the clothes to be high quality and inexpensive I bought a shirt for $6 (on sale) feels really nice and is thick. I kid you not half of my wardrobe is from this store because the clothes are really nice, totally fit my style and go on sale A LOT.
THE EMPLOYEES: the employees are very nice and send me good vibes. I also have very low expectations for employees because I just go with the flow
THE STORE: the clothing organization is pretty good don't have much to say about that. The store is nice and clean, especially the Changing rooms which I really like.

This location has a great selection and the employees were very helpful. Caleb was a super friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed. Definitely coming back!
