Firehouse always delivers. The lovely worker chased me out to my car yesterday with a cookie they had forgotten to bag!!

Great change of pace for really good, hearty sandwiches. An added bonus that portions of proceeds go to help support first responders.

Our new favorite sub place. The staff is awesome. They love my kids. The food is delicious. Great place to be.

First time visit to this new Restaurant in Richmond Heights. We were greeted nicely by the crew coming in the door. Sandwich options were explained to us, and the cashier was very friendly. Our sandwiches were brought to the table for us, and later the manager herself came out to check in with us and made polite conversation. The food was hot and the ingredients were fresh. The firehouse theme adorned the clean decor. A very nice lunch experience!

I haven't been there many times, but now that I am closer I will visit more often.
I had one of the most flavorful sandwiches that I can recall.

Love their sandwiches. I'd recommend getting a new sandwich each time as they are all surprisingly delicious. Takes about 5-8 mins to complete so the line moves pretty fast when there is one.

Legit my 12 year old's favorite restaurant. The people here are nice and the food is well made. We come back pretty regularly

As far as chain sandwiches shops go this place is solid. Hot and cold options, salads, etc. This location was specifically friendly, every employee as how the customer was doing, told them to have a good day, welcomed them to the restaurant. Overall a great experience.

Wonderful experience! Staff was so pleasant and personable. Ordered a sandwich and some Mac and cheese and they even offered a few sauces that would be good to put in the Mac and cheese, because I love sauced up Mac and cheese. Staff goes above and beyond.
