After calling Mission Electric, I was able to get an appointment in less than 24 hours. The technician who came over was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained the work and the pricing up front, but didn’t try to on anything. I will definitely be coming to them for help if I need to in the future. Greatly appreciate them and recommend!!

He even took his time to explain to me everything he was doing.He was very honest,polite and his charges were fair. I would definitely recommend them.

I these guys to install some lightnings in my house. The technicians were very friendly, professional, diligent and their work is outstanding. I was very impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them.

This is a new housing development

I had scheduled for an electrician to come out. The company never notified that the technician had a family emergency and needed to leave for the day. I don't hold this employee at fault, but the company should have been proactive. Rescheduled to the next day. And again, now my technician is a no show and I'm having to call the company for a status. We had to call 4 times as they kept hanging up on us. Then, they say the technician will call us, which has not yet happened.
Pretty upsetting as they have already charged a $149 fee for this visit that has not occurred and has had remarkably horrible communication/customer service.

I'm not typically one to complain.... but this is really out of hand...

The electrician who came out was very unprofessional and very rude. Came out to covert outlet late in the evening, then when told him we had to go to get my son to practice he said he could out the next day. He didn't show up the next day. So u called the next morning he said he couldn't come out until Saturday morning to finish the job. Then when he called and asked if we were available Saturday I asked if we could reschedule he said no its now or never. And that he was doing this as a courtesy and then proceeded to yell at me over the phone. I would never use this company again.
