I had a great experience with Nock's. Customer service was great. Mechanics are great. Pricing wasn't to bad. Will recommend Nock's over Hertrich dealerships any day. Thank you Nock's for fixing my vehicle.

I have been trusting the maintenance for the Kia Sportage to Nock's for 6+ years. Never an issue. Always quality work at reasonable prices. A loaner vehicle when available. Work was completed sooner than anticipated this time and Greg and his technician saved me $ 400.00 + dollars. This is Service as it should be by professionals...

I had two vehicles in this morning at the same time, one for an oil change and the other to get new tires installed. While on the "Jiffy-lube" side for the oil change, it was discovered that my serpentine belt needed to be replaced ASAP (I was shown the wear). Despite being short-handed, the Nock's Tire side managed to fit me in almost immediately after my oil change. I witnessed first hand just how professional their front desk was as it seemed they were being practically bombarded by other customers popping in with un-scheduled emergencies of their own. I've had many similar experiences with Nock's Tire over the last 20 years or so ... SUPERB!

After a bad experience at a local shop on an alignment I went down to see chuck at nocks tire in pocomoke. He printed me out an alignment report that showed me what the other shop had neglected to do. (Almost everything). Charles, his alignment man, straightened my truck out and it drives like brand new. I would 100% recommend nocks tire to anyone looks for honest, quality service.

A month ago I was traveling and needed help with a tire on my RV. I was treated excellently. So when I was traveling last night and had problems with my driver side window getting jammed open I knew where I needed to go.
I stayed in the RV and was inside before the officially opened. Gregg assessed things quickly and ordered the parts then Keith was assigned to dismantle the door interior to get to the window actuator and motor. He worked steady all while showing kindness to my son with Down Syndrome.
The parts arrived and Keith quickly installed and tested the now working power window. In addition to this quick service I was able to also get my oil changed at the attached Jiffy Lube. I was on my way to Pennsylvania by just a tad after 11am.
Great job, good people , and quick efficient service. My hope is I never have to use them again, but will not hesitate to return for their service if I need too.

Ive never had any problems with Nocks. I will continue to go to Nocks for all my auto needs. The employees are always friendly.

We were from out of town and needed4 tires. I had called the day before and they ordered the tires I needed. They don’t do appts. But they got it all taken care of in a reasonable time and at a fair price

Awesome manager, faced a 3 tech call out, and couldn't give me finished time, he even offered his own truck to use truck until done. I declined and decided to wait. 1 1/2 hours later my RV got 4 brand new tires and I was happy and on my way. Great managers don't crash under stress, they adapt and overcome. Awesome job !

We were on our way down from Salisbury to Hampton and realized during a rain storm that our tires weren’t gripping and shot. We called ahead, they checked their stock and were able to squeeze us in on a busy holiday Saturday morning. Within no time, we were back on the road. Friendly staff, clean waiting room and restrooms. Also, thanks to Mr. Richard for being the one who did the swap out fast and efficiently!

While traveling 100 miles from home I needed to replace a tire. The customer service was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The tire tech Richard was a pleasure to talk to and obviously has many years of service. The location was clean, organized , large selection of tires and got me in and out quickly.

Very professional staff. I went right before closing and they still satisfied my requests and identified the issue. I definitely recommend them.
