Caliber Collision

I recently had work done at this location, from the initial inspection and dropping off my car tip picking it back up. I received excellent customer service, they provided updates throughout the repair process and even completed my vehicle early. I would definitely recommend this location along with the Enterprise within the building. Hopefully, I don't have to return anytime soon, but if I ever need repairs again, I'll definitely return to this location.

My vehicle was involved in an accident and I took it to caliber collision pocomoke for repair. They called me daily with a progress report and finished the repairs in a timely manner. They were very cordial and had great customer service. They sent me all my documentation and pictures when I requested them. I was very impressed.

I had a really good experience. My car had a significant amount of damage. They actually found more than the insurance adjuster did and handled it all so that I didn’t have to deal with insurance any further. They called 3x per week just to keep me updated which was my favorite thing about it. Good customer service goes such a long way. It took about a month but that was due to parts taking long to come in. Very happy we chose to go with caliber.

I dropped my car off at Caliber in Ocean City and they asked if they could transfer it to another shop to expedite the repair. I did not have any problem with the transfer as Caliber has done this for me in the past. I am thrilled with the customer service I received from the store in Pocomoke. I received a call that they had the vehicle and a realistic timeline for evaluation, parts and paint. The team contacted me throughout the repair to provide me with a status update and got my car back to me 4 days earlier than expected. Car looks as good as new! I am thrilled with the result. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone that needs their car repaired. They are very good at commutation. They kept me informed every step of the way. All the staff is friendly and pleasant.
