Ken, Jimmy, Courtney and crew are amazing! They made my dream come true! They helped me completely restore a 93 travel trailer that had a great deal of water damage. Ken has amazing ideas and made suggestions along the way keeping in mind my vision. Ken & Jimmy's attention to detail made the interior, body work and paint job look like the camper was brand new! After seeing their quality of work, I asked them to help me fix up an old golf cart too.

I'm absolutely delighted with the full renovation Ken-Do's completed on my 1972 Winnebago Brave in June 2022! From the perfect new paint job with updated colors to reconstructing his "eyebrows" with new wood to the gorgeous Carolina pine floors and solar panel system, these guys poured a ton of talent and care into my vintage camper. I feel like a celebrity driving it, with all the honks, waves, thumbs ups, and people wanting to see it and talk wherever I stop. Huge gratitude to Ken and his crew, who have become great friends of mine. Now I'm having a blast working and living full time in this antique-but-modern beauty. My wife and I we’re heading home from a Disney trip and had just got past the bay tunnel bridge. That’s when I noticed a leaf spring on my travel trailer had broke. I stopped in a couple of garages that weren’t able to help me. I finally found Ken-Do, pulled in told Ken my problem, he looked at it, then went inside and had the leaf spring in stock. He was able to have one of guys install it right then and there. I couldn’t believe this was happening, he saved the day. We we’re able to get home that night and finish our trip. Thanks to Ken and his great crew he turned what could have been a bad situation into a very positive solution. My wife and I can’t thank you enough

I called so many RV places, a few actually referred these guys! We were expecting to pay more after being overcharged from another repair to our class a motor home! They came to us, then had us come to their shop to finish the replacement of our slide motor, and even found other repairs that were needed. We're back on the road after a few hours. We appreciate yalls honesty and hard work!

I was having a few issues with my house batteries not charging so I made a quick stop. The staff here are amazing and go to great lengths to solve your issues. If they can repair or supply the part necessary then they will direct you to who can or what needs to be replaced. He noticed my awning arms were not aligned and my awning motor wouldn't push it not. Not only did he jump on the roof and "how wire" the motor to push it out he also re-aligned the awning so the arms would retract to the proper position. He tested the motor, relay and buttons to see if that fixed the issue. He also tested the batteries and alternator current. He did all this and didn't want to take any payment for his services. This fix back home would of cost me a lot more. GREAT EXPERIENCE & GREAT STAFF! Thank you again!

We brought our camper out to Ken after waiting months at a local RV dealership, everyone around us is booked out for at least 6 months. We did have to wait a few months for our warranty repair, but they handled everything for us! Since we were there we had him do a pre-season inspection and found a few other things wrong, which included some roof repairs, re-venting our fridge, replacing our AC's with ones that had heat pumps, got us winterized, and he is now storing it for the season! Every thing that was quoted/repaired on our Keystone camper was a fraction of the price of where we typically go. Thanks so much to Ken and his crew!

At James Island in Crisfield MD, 95 degrees park get all set up and AC broke. Nightmare!! That's when at 1030pm we reached out to Ken. He answered, said he'll be out to fix early in the am. Ken and his longtime employee Vance were here bright and early, AC fixed by 930am. These guys were awesome, any problems you have definitely give these guys a call!! Super reasonable, unbelievable service. Go nowhere else!! Got Ken on my speed dial now!! Amazed by the service!!

Got to our camping destination on Sunday to find out our battery was not charging when plugged in to power. We even tried changing the fuses on the converter, but still nothing. Called Ken-Do's on Monday AM, spoke to a wonderful girl in the office. She took down all our info and said she would call back with a time for that day. About 12-1:00 she called and said he would be here about 5-6. About 5:15 he pulled up, quickly got to replace the converter and in half an hour we had AC!! Prompt, courteous, and reasonable service. Last week, during real feel temperatures of 106F, our air conditioner began malfunctioning by dripping water inside our motorhome. I called Ken-Do's at 8:30 AM and was greeted by concern and courtesy. At 1:30 AM, Ken himself appeared at our campground and spent approximately 1-1/2 hours reconfiguring the OEM name brand unit on the inside of the coach, then removing the the unit cover on the outside and clearing weep holes and drain pan. He is quite knowledgeable and charges a very fair price for his service. Ken - thank you for your immediate response and saving the next few days for us. As an engineer myself, I appreciated the care and detail Ken employed and would highly recommend Ken-Do's for any mobile service you may require if you are in the Cape Charles area.

Our refrigerator stopped working , Ken and his staff worked with the warranty company, and had Wayne and Wes here to make the necessary repairs, both were very knowledgeable and great to work with. It was extremely hot and they never complained. Kuddos to those guys.

We had a leaf spring bracket break on our tri-axle 5th wheel in FL and an _attempted_ repair made by an individual in Jacksonville. When we reached Cape St. Charles KOA in VA the bracket was broken again. We found Ken-Do's RV Repair Service online, plus they were highly recommend by the KOA staff. Ken and his welder showed up with a replacement bracket and Grade 8 bolt. He completely explained the procedure to fix and after grinding the old bracket down to the frame the newer heavier duty bracket was installed. We made it back New Hampshire and I inspected the repair and it is solid. Ken is a straight shooter and a patriot. I am completely satisfied with his service. I travel to FL from NH for the winter and if I have any issues with my camper in the future, (and can make it to VA with camper issue), I will schedule the work with him. I enjoyed our conversation while his welder professionally performed the work, plus he was also very pleasant. If you're in the southern VA area on the coast, Ken-Do's RV will do you right. Ken and his crew do great work and I greatly appreciate Ken's responsiveness with his mobile repair service. I have had three camper trailers and a diesel pusher serviced by Ken and his team and I have always been happy with the results of their work. They have quickly completed remote repairs for me twice when needed.

I called with an issue with my fridge in my camper. The receptionist was very nice and said she would get a tech out as soon as possible. Within a couple hours I had a very professional tech come out, fix my issue, and helped me understand what the issue was. I was extremely pleased with their service.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Ken-Do's RV. From the fast, friendly service to the great work they did, I am extremely pleased with my repairs. No corporate BS when dealing with Ken. He is honest and a straight shooter. Camping World had my unit for 18 out of the 27 months I owned it, barely fixing anything. Ken had it for 3 months and got it back to me with everything completed. I won't take my camper to anyone else and Ken's is 4.5 hours away. That's how happy and satisfied I am with their all around service. Mark :)

Great service! Ken came out the same day we called, fixed our hot water heater AND our AC! Very professional and knowledgeable! Calling him back to wash our RV while we camp!

I had several problems which Ken-do repaired promptly and expertly. Ken also found a couple of other issues of which needed attention. I was pleased he found them as they ma have caused problems during our upcoming trip to the Outer Banks and New Orleans. Ken and his crew communicated with me clearly on all issues including the price of repairs. These guys are real professionals, unlike many in the RV repair business. I am ecstatic to have found them and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Very disappointed I really was looking forward to having a job there but wasn't being trained so they let me go because they said that the woman made up but I was told they were looking for someone to take over the position due to their daughter being sick . It's very confusing I was doing cleaning and taking out trash but I guess I wasn't supposed to do that either. I went today to pick up my paycheck his daughter was very nice to me so I think I didn't get the position because Jessica decided to stay but maybe they will give me a chance if she changes her mind in the future or if other things happen. He has been very helpful to me the last few days and I appreciate it I'm going through a rough time with finding a job. Thanks for giving me a chance and I hope everything works out.

The mobile RV Service and Repair industry needs more providers like Ken-Do's RV Repair Service. A rating of 5 stars and adjectives like knowledgeable, excellent, outstanding, professional, courteous, punctual, willing to work with manufacturers really don't do Ken-Do's justice. Our issue was a malfunctioning locking mechanism on one of our basement compartment doors. He troubleshooted the issue, and rather than simply saying we needed a part, he was able to find a solution that probably will make the locking mechanism stronger than it was out of the factory. Hope you never need a mobile RV repair service, but If you need a service provider on the DelMarVa peninsula based on our experience you can't go wrong calling Ken-Do's RV Repair Service. Ken Do has come to my rescue on several occasions. I am a recent widow and am lost when it comes to troubleshooting issues with my camper. Ken has been the most reliable, knowledgeable and caring person no matter how difficult the issue. I highly recommend Ken for any RV needs. I will only use Ken for all of my RV needs. I just pray he NEVER retires!!!
