I recently purchased a Toyota Sequoia from Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke. My salesperson, T, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Toyota lineup and listened attentively to my needs and preferences. She answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly, never pushing for a sale but rather guiding me towards the perfect vehicle for me. We traveled to Hertrich Toyota of Pocomoke from North Carolina to buy a new Sequoia Capstone. The team at Hertrick took care of us every step of the way. Jarron, Matt, and Dana were amazing! Dana and Matt kept us informed while the vehicle was in transit with almost daily updates. I have just purchased my 3rd vehicle from this dealership in a year and they treat their customers like people should be treated. Service and finance were great. My salesperson was EXCEPTIONAL, T displayed the best customer service!! She was patient, considerate of what I was looking for and went above and beyond. She even sat in my car to set my phone up to my radio, after they closed! 10/10 experience!

I always have a positive experience at the Maintenance Department at Midway Toyota. I have been going there for many many years and find Kevin an honest and reputable technician. I trust his opinion on the maintenance suggestions of my vehicle. As a single woman it is important to have that trust in my technician and know my Toyota is running as it should be .

Always great service, professional staff and honest people that take pride in their work. The last oil change we also had a wash and detail of our truck. We have never seen such a job! This person obviously takes pride in his work and should be commended!
