My Husband and I worked with Carolyn and Viv to purchase our first home. They were patient, thorough, and overall amazing to work with. Best realtor in town! Carolyn and Viv got us a tremendous deal on our first home. They are extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and I would reccomend them to anybody buying or selling property. I can't say enough nice things about Nicole Hoelzer. She was so wonderful to work with. We were her first listing. She did an amazing job. Listed our house on a Thursday. Open house that Sunday. Contract on Monday. Finalized details of contract on Wednesday. So we were under contract in six days! So happy! We got the call that the buyer accepted the terms on the day before Thanksgiving. 😊

Christy is a great person to work with. She is very active in finding the houses that meet your criteria and scheduling visits quickly. She shares her thoughts about the house to make sure that you don't miss anything whether because you don't know about it or you like the house and your eyes cannot capture issues. She was my agent for buying and selling the house.

Carolyn sold our previously unlucky house. We had tried to sell several times, with different realtors, with no luck. She is genius in knowing what to recommend to get a house ready to sell.
