Okay, this was the most positive work environment I’ve ever seen. Folks were bopping to the music and so friendly that customers and workers were fist bumping and obviously knew each other as regulars. So wholesome and happy. Audrianna was super helpful, but the whole staff seemed in good spirits that they were happy to share with customers.

I've never come here and had any issues. Sometimes they're understaffed and the wait is a few minutes, but unless you're an insufferable human being you deal with it. The staff is polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They've never left me feeling bad. They go above and beyond considering people sending things FedEX can be surly and hurried. Pleasant atmosphere. Good vibes for a package shipping spot.

I just stopped by to have a very large package (entertainment center) returned. The box that I had was falling apart and was not going to be able to be used to ship back to the retailer. Initially I had a staff member tell me to go get a new box and return later and they could help. Audrianna H. saw that I needed help and figured out a way to use a box they had in store so I wouldn’t have to carry the large box out and waste anymore time out of my day. She helped me through the whole process and was a life saver. Audrianna H. needs a promotion IMMEDIATELY, she had great customer service skills, great people skills and was a genuinely nice person. Kudos to her, I will be back to this location because of her!

I stopped in today to print a a document via the self service kiosk. Ran into a few hiccups, but the front desk employee was super helpful and I was out of there quickly. No need to own a printer when this service is so inexpensive and easy.

Helpful and cheerful employee assisted me with making a return. All went well inside the store, parking in front is a challenge. If there is a spot, one must go to a kiosk and pay for that particular space. The kiosks are not user friendly for parking.

Even though this store is near my home, I prefer to go to another location where I can park my car nearby without having to walk from a back parking lot or deal with paying at a computer kiosk.

Great service today. I was in and out with a small project in less than two minutes. Before coming over here I stood in line at the Office Depot on Chippewa for over 25 minutes and was then told my order would take 3 hours because of an upcoming shift change. Definitely will be going back to this location on South Grand for my printing needs. I will never go back to the Chippewa OfficeDepot.

I love working with this FedEx print shop in particular. Ms. Anna is always so kind, helpful, and cheerful! It's clear that she enjoys her job and is very good with people. Most of customer service today makes you feel like your existence is a burden, but Anna is always so sweet, lol! It's always super quick, too, which I appreciate.

I can't believe I didn't get the name of the employee who helped me today, but she was amazing. I had three time sensitive documents to print out, and she guided me through the process so effortlessly that I was done and walking out of the store not five minutes later. As I was heading out, she called out to me to suggest a bag for my documents so I wouldn't have them get bent in my personal bag. She provided a level of customer service that's just not common any more. I wish I had gotten her name; I have pretty bad social anxiety, and she made the experience so comfortable that it was like talking to a long time friend, so I totally flaked on getting her name. If she's reading this, she may remember helping me; she had curly hair and a smile that disarmed my anxiety in an instant. She's truly a great asset to the store and ambassador for the company.

I needed to send back a computer monitor for repair. The person who helped me get it all boxed up (at the very end of her shift) was very friendly and helpful. There was a mix-up on the receiver's end (not Fedex' fault), but Trandon, the manager at this location, was extremely helpful in trying to get everything sorted out.

Denise has been around for years and consistently has helped me when I was stuck or didn't know how to process something. She is the wheel that keeps things rolling around that place and she is irreplaceable. Always greeted when you walk in with a smile. That's why I've been coming to that location on S. GRAND for years! Denise, you're awesome!

I am never one to leave reviews but, I understand how important they can be for a business! This location is the BEST! They are always so prompt and efficient to help you with any printing job. I have only had one minor issue
here and Ms. Denise jumped in to assist without hesitation! I wish I knew everyone else by name but, everyone here has been great!!

denice is always completely professional and always friendly and helpful. FedEx is extremely lucky and fortunate to have such an amazing employee.

Every time I've used FedEx on So. Grand to print out documents, I've observed a level of friendliness and customer support that you don't usu see in retail environments. It's palpable every time you step into the store.

Tonight, as I was leaving the store w guitar scale charts I printed on paper, Alexis and her colleague asked if I wanted to laminate my print out, something that never occurred to me before.

In all honesty, her interjection changed my life in the most profound way. Instead of rooting thru piles of paper, my laminated guitar chart is now readily accessible.

Everyone at this store embodies the same philosophy w an emphasis on friendliness and customer service. Someone at the top made a decision to implement this philosophy in every aspect of the store and it shows. In my estimation, one of the best retail experiences in St. Louis.

My granddaughter and I arrived on Thursday, November 11,2021 at 7:00 a. m. It was Veterans Day and our condo was not available until early evening. We were dropped off via taxi and we’re horrified to find all businesses and surrounding area closed until later. The weather had turned bitter cold with a wind chill of 29. Not knowing the area or anyone, we stumbled into the FedEx there on the corner. We were met by a lovely woman named Denise who immediately told us to get warm, comfortable, and hang out.You have a great employee right there!We stayed long enough to get warm and hear her interactions with customers, and she was fantastic. I thanked her many times before we left. Please give that angel an extra paid day off, raise, award- or job well done certificate!!

It was my first time going to this fedex. I went to have a couple of art pieces printed on poster paper . I was assisted by Anna, she is super friendly and was very patient (I had some trouble getting one piece sent over to her). Wes and Cate were also very friendly when I went back the following day to pick up my posters. I will be back. They’re a good team!

I went back recently and met Jasmine. She is freaking awesome, she made conversation so me just standing there wasn’t awkward, patient and really helpful!

I stopped in today to drop off a nearly 50lb box of work equipment. The store manager Wes was very personable, efficient, helpful, and hilarious. I've had prior positive experiences at this location and will continue to use them.

Trandon was super helpful and was able to recommend a service to get my package delivered to the recipient on time for less than I expected to spend. I was delighted with my experience at FedEx Office.

I was a little flustered not sure how much I had to complete on the computer. Shonnae R. Was attentive and making sure I knew about my time limits after giving me free time to open my files. She told me at least twice I think I was so focused I didn't register what she was saying so when time to pay came her and the 2 others (who were kind and helping every guest) we're understanding enough to reduce the cost in consideration to my available funds. Definitely recommend
