I've been a smoker for a decade now and recently I've been trying to quit...yesterday i almost gave into my craving & got a pack... instead I took myself down to OG Vapes & the friendly staff hooked me up with an amazing set up. The Suorin Air Pro is so easy & smooth... paired with watermelon ice liquid. (Taste so yummy) Thanks for helping me not go back to the stinky cigarettes! The store was so clean & well stocked. I get 5 star assistance every time I come to this location, 2 gentleman in particular, Noah and Devin. They are always there and so unbelievably helpful and kind. They are always so patient with my mom. They take a lot of time to explain things. I always leave feeling good, better than when I walked in. They deserve a raise!!!

The store was clean and well organized. The staff was very nice and helpful, it had all covid regulations displayed at the door. Everything looked well priced and checkout was fast and easy. I would recommend this store anytime even saved it to my favorite list!

Great customer service and selection, they had exactly what I was looking for. Cost me just about what I would’ve paid online with shipping. Had a mixup with some coils I bought and the guy straightened it out quickly and with zero hassle, even threw in an extra coil for my trouble. I’ll definitely be doing business here from now on!

We went in to replace the glass for my kbox mini tank. They didn't have what we needed, but they offered a much better alternative. We were so pleased with how helpful they sales associate was with my issue that my fiance bought a Target mod, and he loves it. I love my new tank. We'll definitely be back when I upgrade my mod.

Super helpful staff helped me figuring out that trying ceramic coils might help make my coils last a lil longer than the reg mesh/cotton ones I had been using. Even though I've been vaping over a year now I hadn't ever heard of the ceramic coils- so far it's been working great! They are always so friendly when I go in OG Vapes! Always ready to answer any ?s I have. You know you go in some stores & you feel like you're bothering them with questions but the staff here is always really great!

The crappy store in north Asheville I had been going to for over 3 years was absolutely no help when my tank broke. The staff at OG vapors, especially the young gentleman, was not only helpful, but kind, courteous, and understanding. You guys made my day and I just wanted to tell you thank you. My business will now go to you. So nice to see genuine kind people in this world.

5 stars for the store and the employees. Even though, I did have a problem with the house juice with my certain vape. Now let me explain, I am extremely new to Vape being and have only been to the store and one other store. I came to the store because I wanted a certain pack of coils that the other store didn’t have. I went in yesterday and the employee that helped me was extremely nice and took the time to give me some information and answer some questions that I had. I got a pack of coils I wanted and The employee even put in the new coil for me. I started asking about the juices and I had bought a house juice from the other Vape store that I’ve been to you so I wanted to try theirs. Although, I wasn’t too happy to learn that you can’t smell or test them unlike other vape shops. I trusted the employee and got the one that was “one of the most popular fruity flavors” out of their house juices, which is Mad Vapes ‘Melon’ (honeysuckle flavor). I usually get 20/80 and this was 30/70 so I asked if it would be too thin but the employee assured me that it would not be too thin and that it would work just fine in my vape. I purchased the 3 pack of coils and the 50ml. bottle of the recommended flavor. After spending a total of $29, The employee kindly showed me how to put in the coil because like I said, I am pretty new to vaping. I thought that was extremely good customer service on top of the information provided and the time the employee took to answer my questions as well. I put the juice in my tank and left happy... well about 45 minutes later I got home and hit my vape to try to new juice. I hit it a few times and waited and hit it some more and I realized (almost immediately but I tried to give it a chance) that the juice was way way too thin and I really dislike the smell and taste.. I tried all evening to try different things but it was horrible. Since I just went for my first time yesterday I assumed they would help me out, so I called this morning. I spoke with a different employee and so I explained my experience and was very nice about asking if I could either return, exchange it, or even get some store credit. The employee on the phone was extremely apologetic and then I was told that I can’t return, exchange, or get store credit for it. I just told the employee that I appreciated how kind they were (the employee that helped me yesterday and the other employee that I talked to on the phone). The employee offered to give me 15% off of another bottle of juice which was very kind. I think that they have very nice employees with knowledge and willingness to help answer questions but I am very very disappointed that I am unable to return, exchange, or get store credit for it.
UPDATE: I want to say that the problem was fixed and I do plan on going back because they have good prices and excellent customer service. I appreciate that my issue was acknowledged and I was able to find a friend that I gave the juice to and it works in their vape and they like it!

The store assistants were very informative, happy to help, and gave a lot of great advice on the products. I've been to vape stores in Nevada and they weren't as friendly or as welcoming as this store. If you're a first time vapor I recommend this place.

This is the only place I go to for my juice and my hardware! Which is saying something because I live 45 mins away!
And if your anything like me and your money doesnt grow on trees, this is the place for you! They have low prices and they always have a great sale each week. Their "flavor of the week" A 50ml for $9.99 + tax.
And for every $ you spend there you can wrack up points on your 5STARTS card, and before you know it your getting free ejuice!

And for their house juice, I suggest you try :

Their prices are fair for a walk in shop, the internet is always cheaper on products. But if you want advice and unparalleled customer service these are the professionals that you need to talk to. I've been trading with MadVapes for a good while and I plan to for the foreseeable future. They also have a rewards system for customer loyalty (1 point on the dollar) that's not just a gimmick, I get some kind of freebie every time I visit, usually some of the house brand juice, tonight I got a free Aspire Cleito tank. You can't go wrong with this bunch, so if your in or around Asheville give one of their locations a once over and have a chat with the friendly staff.

I am so happy with the Patton store , the staff are so cool and helpful . Ariel and Aaron are so helpful , the vape game is so confusing , but those guys help me , and in a honest way .
I have confidence that they aren't trying to Stear me wrong .
I have been so satisfied with the help
And most importantly with there help with vaping , I haven't had a cigarette in 8 months

The reason I’m loyal to OG is two reasons: Arielle and Devon. Two great consultants who have all the answers. For those of you who think going online is the answer - think again. Two people, alone, will have you think otherwise. Again: Arielle and Devon at OG. If one can’t resolve any issue, saving you time, money, and energy, the other one will. ( whether economically or technical) I cant tell you how helpful and patient they are. I never had a problem those two can’t fix. But most importantly, they care about you and any issue you may be concerned with. Hats off to people like that and the service they provide, with care in mind. This place is incredible and has a huge variety of juices. The man at the counter was fantastic and gave some great recommendations. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Superb selection, friendly staff, and great prices.

Good staff. I was sold the wrong juice by accident, it happens, but I came back the next day with receipt and they exchanged it for the one I wanted no problem. They answer questions for newbies like me too.
