I was greeted by Ebony T as soon as I walked in. I had questions and she had answers. She figured out how to save me money, found the best mobile plan for me, with the phone I wanted. She also helped me switch over to at&t fiber. And, again, saved me money by doing it. She is a great representative for AT&T.

The customer service at this location was top notch. Darius is the best! He was very helpful setting up our new cell and fiber service. These guys are awesome.

I’m sorry it’s taken so long. I hope the manager that helped me still works there, or even better got promoted. Even though I’m kicking myself for not remembering his name he helped out tremendously and was exceedingly professional given my apparent disdain for the other store. Either way I was coming off of a 12 day delay getting a new phone due to the idiocy and/or sheer apathy the of a manager at the Chippewah store. They locked up my account by getting halfway through ordering my phone and not being able to complete the transaction. This was due to the fact that the manager “Austin” decided to close the drawers early and could not process my transaction. Despite the fact that I had been there for 45 minutes and he knew I would be checking out soon. I had planned on using a card but had trouble accessing it because I had gotten a new card and the date was no longer valid. Needing my phone to correct this issue I could not use my card. I went to 3 or 4 other stores and none of them could help. They stated my problem had to be resolved at the store at which I initiated the sale.. however I could not return to the store because Austin had called the cops on me. Not because he felt he was in danger, not because I was being loud or violent, not because I was harassing customers.. All of which he lied and told the police. But because he did not want to own up to the mistake he made. I wound up at the grand location and was finally taken care of with professionalism and proficiency as he listened to me vent about the hole I was in due to not having a phone for almost two weeks and everything I had to deal with at the other location. He sold me a brand new phone and an Apple Watch. Above all he did his best to help not only a customer but a person in need. He let me use his own phone for the backflips and workarounds we had to do to fix the issue. He even called my dad (the phone I had to call using his) when he thought I had left something in the store to help get it back to me. Exemplary. The only reason I am still with AT&T. After my experience at the Chippewah store we were about to switch. Despite being customers for over 20 years, since the Cingular days.

Oh and I would be happy to provide my account information to the store manager if you are interested in recognizing said manager’s effort and performance.

I've been going to AT&T stores around the country for over a decade, and I have NEVER received help from somebody as amazing as Anthony. From the moment I walked into the store until the moment I left, Anthony had amazing customer service, was incredibly knowledgeable about phones (and technology, in general), and went above and beyond to make sure that I had the best possible experience. When putting on my phone's screen protector, he was meticulous and worked diligently to make sure there were no bubbles on the screen. I firmly believe that Anthony should be the manager of an AT&T store.

If I were able to dock half a star, I would...simply because the current store manager (not Anthony) appears to lack a basic understanding of cellular devices and tried to convince me that it was better to have lower RAM on my phone. Overall, I still had a great experience thanks to Anthony. Be sure to ask for him if you go to this store.

My experience the other day on 12/05/22 I came in to upgrade my phone. I was helped by Angel who was fairly new but she had a great co worker named Anthony who helped her to help me make my experience quick and friendly. This is the best store to go to stay away from Chippewa store GO TO S Grand Blvd Store to receive the best help from Angel and Anthony.

This is the only Att store I go to! I only work with Jeff because he’s the best! I wouldn’t recommend any other store besides this one for Saint Louis

Came into today to hopefully resolve a locked phone issue and was helped graciously by Dena. I was frustrated and she exhausted every option in her power to help me. Att may have some trash policies but the people that work there are A+. Thanks again for the help

I was out of town and my iPhone was malfunctioning so I came to this store to see what was wrong. After explaining the issue to Reggie he said it probably needed a new SIM card. He got me set up with a new SIM and even fixed a mistake a previous AT&T store made with my phone settings. Thank you so much! Made a frustrating situation better, great customer service, and friendly staff. 5 stars.

Cody is the best. After a horrendous experience at the Manchester store (tried to switch internet to our new home and they never did), we called this store since it is close to our new home. The first call we made, Cody told us he was with a customer and would call us back because he wanted to give his full attention to us. 15 minutes later, he called back. We explained our situation of having no internet, and he pulled some strings and got us a hotspot SIM card for the time being while we are waiting for our internet service to be activated at our new place. I cannot recommend this store and Cody enough. He is a true professional and truly cares about the customers that come into his store.
