First time here. The cheesecake is an excellent keto version. Along with a bakery the store also carry’s a large selection of low carb prepackage option. Probably the largest selection I have seen in just one place. If you’re doing Low Carb/ Keto or just avoiding sugary/flour based foods it’s definitely worth the trip.

I tried the chocolate cake this time and it was delicious. I really love this place for the occasional Keto treat. One again I highly recommend.

I'm not sure what my poor little Keto heart did before I found this amazing spot! The owner is the sweetest soul, and she has the best variety of both sweet & savory Keto items.

My absolute favorites would have to be the: the empanada's, the caramel tarts, the cinnamon crumb cake and the NY style cookies!

My mother is currently on a keto diet and displeased that our local bakeries don't sell anything that's keto-friendly, so she was very surprised to see that there was an entire bakery that sold all keto products in St. Charles.

We stopped by on 11/21 during a shopping trip to the St. Louis metro area. We loved the Main St. shopping district as a whole and will visit the antique shops and all at a later date when we have more time.

As for the bakery, the customer service was great and the staff was very friendly. They had a good selection of product ready to purchase, along with a way to order more extensive products online on their webstore.

We purchased donuts, muffin, a cake slice, and a brookie treat and have enjoyed the food.

One complaint my mother has about keto-friendly food is the aftertaste of almond flour, which was COMPLETELY ABSENT from the almond flour-based foods we bought here. Great compliments to the bakers!

Hands down absolutely one of the best cakes I have eaten that is keto and sugar free! We bought the strawberry and chocolate cake I highly recommend if you haven't tried a keto sugar-free cake this would be the one place to try it.

An delicious eye opener of a place…who knew so many yummy treats can be healthy options! Delicious, numerous options, gluten & sugar free, and Elena the shop owner is a super friendly & helpful!

Amazing customer service, I went in early for a pickup order and they were quick to get me what I needed. Love their dog Teddy too! Will recommend to many.

We stopped here on our way out of town today and got some treats. We got chocolate cake, chocolate peanut butter cake, carrot cake, and blueberry cheesecake. I highly reccomend all 4. What a fantastic treat! Everything was divine and truly felt like I was cheating on my diet. We will definitely stop back by anytime we are in the area! Thank you for providing such a delicious low carb alternative!

I had the empanadas and it was amazing ! I cant believe that it was sugar free and low carb very similar to original one that I had in argentina.

What a nice surprise to stumble on this little bakery, since I've been on Keto for almost two years. It's quaint and charming, and the staff is sweet! There is a little dog in the house that is absolutely adorable. It was difficult to choose among the goodies because they are all beautifully displayed and the designs/vessels are perfectly executed. My sister and I decided on the blueberry cheesecake, which was pricey at over $6 but probably enough to feel it's shareable. It was well chilled and delicious! The blueberry flavor was prominent and the delicate vanilla(?) base was a perfect accent. I would definitely order this again.

Was so excited to find low carb treats and they did not disappoint. The lemon cake and the double chocolate cake were delicious. Not too sweet but fulfills a sweet tooth without the carbs! They also have a large selection of keto packages goods which was fun to shop also. We will be back!

I attended a Super Bowl party. The food was terrific, but what I found most interesting was the chocolate cake with strawberry icing. It was my first experience with a "keto" product.

I admit I was skeptical. However I became an instant fan with one bite. The cake was moist, so it didn't crumble. It was a rich, dark chocolate. The strawberry icing was sweet, but not too sweet. It was applied in a sufficiently thick layer without excess. The strawberry flavor was present without being overwhelming or seeming artificial.

I was drawn to the website were I am anxious to try some other delicious goodies.

Found this place on the DoorDash App, soooo glad I did. The lemon cake is really delicious, I’ve had other things which are good too but nothing like that lemon cake! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I can’t believe that all these sweets are all Keto friendly!!! They are absolutely delicious. My absolute favorite is the crème brûlée. I was skeptical because it’s sugar free but you really can’t taste the difference. I’m absolutely hooked now and will keep on going to satisfy my sweet tooth and not feel guilty about it.
And the owner is so sweet and knowledgeable about all her products and very helpful on helping to pick something out. If you haven’t been, you have to go and try it!!

I come to St Louis often on business, love the Keto bakery, I can stay on my plan even when traveling!

The owner was super friendly and was texting with me with items that were available. I was getting some donuts, bagels, and cupcakes for a gluten free friend. She loved the chocolate cupcake the best!

Baked goods incredible...kids won't know it's good for them...the chocolate cake awesome...cupcakes, too. I am VERY PARTICULAR, and very health conscious. I highly recommend. The owner/manager Elena is very knowledgeable and pleasant, give them your business!

I am a diabetic, and I was looking for low carb, sugar-free and gluten-free fresh baked goods for a long time. Finally, I found KetoKey Factory! They have a wide variety and all of their products are amazing( I tried everything). They taste great and absolutely guilt-free! For someone on Keto or low card diet - the best option ever. Baked goods are available in the local health food store in Historic St Charles(Health ON Main - Optima Nutrition), you can also place an online order for the delivery. Great stuff!
