I had never been anywhere like this and was a bit hesitant, but the vinegar flavors are fantastic and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I enjoy the occasional treat of stopping in this specialty store. The oils and vinegars are wonderful. Each one with a different flavor and complimentary taste. I have been going once or twice a year for several years now. I always have a variety on hand.

My bestie and I had a girls day and found this place and oh my goodness! Hailey was so knowledgeable, and totally made the sale. She told us different ways to use the vinegar we were sampling, that we never would have thought of and that's what made each of us buy a bottle. And I am finding more and more ways to use the bottle I purchased! It was such a pleasant shopping experience, and I hate shopping. Definitely looking forward to going back.

We had a good time looking at all the different oils and vinegars this very nice store offers. Matt was very helpful in helping us choose a delicious oil and vinegar. I definitely want to try some more flavors in the future. They also have online ordering he told us.

One of the only places I go in expecting to just to have tastings and leave with 3 bottles. The staff is so friendly and welcoming.

An addictive pleasure if you like olive oil and vinegar...the 25 star balsamic is awesome...if you go make sure you get Hayley to walk you through the different varieties and teach you how to mix and match 'em

Very nice place with a great selection. The girl working that day was extremely nice and had great suggestions. She even mixed us a "shot" of dark chocolate vinegar and orange olive oil. It was like drinking candy. Never thought I would be standing around drinking vinegar but it was all delicious. Bought a bottle of 25 star balsamic vinegar and will definitely be returning for more.

Love the selections of oil and vinegar here. Lots of vinegar from Moderna, Italy. Some from the USA. Bought Cabernet vinegar. Very good.

Awesome small business with intriguing flavors of oils and vinegars. You can taste test everything before you buy. Super helpful staff. Bought a bottle of bourbon balsamic for grilling. Small bottles seems to typically range between $18-25

I found this amazing store today and loved it!! The products are so great it’s hard to choose! Hailey was really great, her enthusiasm and knowledge of the oils and vinegars made it even more fun! I will certainly be back, and I hope it’s when she’s working! What a great shopping experience!

Love this place, it's similar to one I discovered while in Seattle. Super great selection here. The chocolate balsamic vinegar tastes just like chocolate, great on fresh strawberries. The strawberry jalapeño balsamic vinegar is awesome as a salad dressing. You MUST try this place. My favorite.
( and I drive an hour to get to it). A bit pricey, but worth it.

I've never been so impressed by olive oils and vinegars, who knew I could spend hundreds on their amazing condiments. Matt was the most helpful, knowledgeable, creative, and enthusiastic sales person ever!! This is a great place to buy gifts (and goodies for yourself.)

Ohmigosh, loved it! Besides totally enjoying tasting with the friendly and helpful staff, the vinegars and olive oils were amazing! I bought the pear and cranberry vinegar to be used with lemon olive oil for a simple dressing for salad. Can't wait!

A great little place. Staff very helpful and not pushy. So many great flavors, it was hard to choose. Love that you are able to sample before purchasing. I wasn't too familiar with infused vinegars and Marsha gave us some great ideas for pairings. Who would have thought to put vinegar on ice cream, but it is wonderful!

This weekend was my first trip to the store. I found the owner to be helpful and attentive, without be stifling. There were samples that you poured yourself from bottles, which did not both me. We were asked not to pour from the barrels to try samples, and I was fine with that. The bottles worked fine. I was able to try many different types of oil and vinegar. All in all, a great experience that I look forward to repeating.

What a wonderful experience! The customer service in the shop is impeccable and the products are fantastic! My hubby and I ventured into this store while visiting downtown St. Charles with friends and we fell in love with this place! We purchased a couple different oils and those yummy pickles! We'll definitely be back to explore and purchase more!
