The HB and fam take at least one trip to St. Charles every year. And while there are no guarantees in this life, one thing you can count on is the HB and fam are ALWAYS going to visit Olde Town Spice Shoppe when we are ANYWHERE close to St. Charles!!!
Yes, I know they can ship their spices anywhere. But there is nothing like walking into this little shop and smelling the smells. As my daughter said... "it just smells like Christmas."

Olde Town Spice Shoppe is a small shop on main street in historic St. Charles selling spices, sauces, dip mixes, and teas. They have a wide variety that will suit all tastebuds. I purchased porcelain bread dipping set, herbs and the quality was great. I bought additional ones as gifts. You won't be disappointed, great friendly staff and well worth the visit!!

This place is absolutely outstanding, from their quaint, charming location, to helpful and friendly staff and of course their amazing selection of spices and teas. My sister recently had to undergo a radiation treatment that required her to follow a no salt diet for several weeks. I made her the nicest care package of non salt spices and seasonings from Olde Town, and she loved them ALL! My personal favorite is the dark chili powder.

I was there before Christmas and got a tea strainer. When I got home the box was empty. I called them and they were fantastic! I ask for them to hold it and I would come back and get it the next week. But since I live an hour away they offered to mail it to me. Which they did right away and put a dip in the box! Which they did not have too and I didn’t expect that at all. Great customer service all around and will be back!

Also, we have had their dips in the past and they are amazing! Plus they have a great selection of teas and seasoning for all your cooking and grilling needs!

I've been shopping in store for the last 6 years and online for the last 3 years and every time I am excited and happy with every purchase, and with online purchases they send you an email for 10% off your next order and if you join their email list sometimes there's free stuff to be had with an order.
I got my Easter basket from them back in 2020 and the owner delivered to me personally, she is super wonderful.

Stopped by here today after another store recommend them to us. They had an amazing selection of spices/herbs! Picked up more than a few things & we will definitely be returning! The staff was so friendly too!

I absolutely love the selection of spices! I use the Alaskan Salmon seasoning very often. The meat tenderizer works great.

They have a wide variety of spice and rub. You won't be disappointed, great friendly staff

This shop has amazing spices, loose teas, dips and a variety of other items! It's very cramped inside so I wish they had more room but a great shop nonetheless. One of favorites, I come here often and shop for holiday gifts here as well :)

I've been in this store many times and it's always such a fun visit! They sell every kind of spice imaginable along with dip mixes, soup mixes, sauces, teas, and many more. It can be a tight fit especially when it's busy but it's always worth stopping in.

I recently had their teas for the first time and they are amazing! They are so flavorful and smell heavenly. They don't look like much so I was very surprised; I'll definitely keep coming back for more.

A must-stop whenever we visit St. Charles. We bought this cheese ball mix with a recipe on the back for Bacon Bleu Crostini. Delicious!

So many great options! Basic everyday kitchen spices, but also options for rubs, marinades, coffees, teas, and much more. Everything is so reasonably priced, which makes it hard not to buy one of everything! And always friendly service!

The employee was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Was able to find several delicious smelling herbs and spices that many stores do not keep stocked. The shop is filled with coffee's, teas, dried herbs and spices, plus dip mixes, bread mixes, and so much more!!!

They have nearly every dried spice you could want for a great price. Their spice blends are delicious as well. They also have a loose tea wall that has a terrific selection

Nice place to pickup some spices. And they also carry Savory party cracker seasoning packets.

This store is amazing for those looking for sweet, heat, spicy and STL themed food items for those who live in town and for gifts to those out of town. Highly recommend especially with the kind and helpful owners.

Great place get spices and tea at tremendously reasonable prices. I no longer buy spices from the store.
