I was here with my wife the day after Thanksgiving. It was very busy in St. Charles, but the owner was very attentive to my wife. She spent time showing some new jewelry to her. Very helpful and informative. A great place to shop.

I love this shop! The selection of items is unique and the clerks couldn't have been nicer. Sometimes I just stop to browse for the atmosphere and other times I'm on a mission to find a certain item. Either way the clerks have been friendly.

Love this place! I found the same pieces that I could’ve bought in Cancun, By getting them here I saved over $30 on each piece! I was able to complete two sets for less money very very happy!

I will never shop here again. Caught up in the holiday rush, I purchased a jacket for my daughter. After I got home, I saw it was the wrong size. I called to order the correct size and the man said he would have someone call me the following Monday. This was well before the holiday. No one ever called me back.My daughter tried the jacket on and 2 buttons immediately fell off. One had been sewn through the pocket. She pointed out that it was made in China-- so much for European Accents! Threads were hanging out all over. When I went to return the jacket the woman in the shop wouldn't order one in the right size, wouldn't take the jacket back (with original receipt) in other words we were out of luck. She found a dog hair on it and said she couldn't resell it. This was not an inexpensive jacket, but the plus of supporting local businesses should be great customer service as well as keeping them in business. No customer service here... I do not recommend this shop!

This business is currently one of several suing Saint Charles for restricting Main Street parking during a high foot traffic Christmas festival. One that very likely sees their customer count far higher than it would be normally.

In addition I have heard of shouting matches between the store and those working the festival, and apparently one even required police intervention.

There are far better places to spend your money than one that is suing to keep conditions less safe for you, the customer.

I came in here to look around and one women asked if I was playing Pokemon, which I was. Then said they hated it and the people that play it. "Great" customer service alienating your customers. They made me feel so bad. I'm never going there again.
