Dr. Rob and his staff was a lifesaver. I called his office because I needed an emergency appointment because my tooth had broken off in the front of my mouth prior to an interview today. I immediately called Dr. Rob's office and he repaired my tooth and I was good to go. I felt no pain at all whatsoever during the time he repaired my tooth or afterwards . All the staff are extremely nice and helpful. Dr. Rob has excellent bedside manners and really care about his patients. He does excellent work and takes pride in his work. I am happy to have his office as my dentist office. Also Dr. Rob checked on me later on personally to ensure I was doing okay. I felt that was exceptional and going the extra mile. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone. I promise that you will not be disappointed. The best dental care I have ever received! Dr. Whit is wonderful also.

This is the best Dentist office I have ever experienced. Service is excellent, staff is friendly knowledgeable and the atmosphere is amazing. Dr. Whit makes sure you are comfortable and satisfied. He even checks on you afterwards to make sure you are doing well after any procedure. I would recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

I would highly recommend going to this place to get any dental work done. Dr. Bartholomew was the best dentist I’ve probably ever had in my 24 years of life everyone there is so caring and they treat you like family and the overall care about you. I got my tooth pulled yesterday which isn’t the best experience overall in general at any dental office but they helped me get through it with my anxiety. I definitely plan on going back for any other dental needs I have and I plan on getting my daughter to go there also. If you want a dentist that really cares about how you feel I would suggest going here, so thank you for everyone that works there. Y’all are the best ❤

Dr Rob and his staff are just amazing! I was a patient that over the years had experience bad Dentist visits and stopped going. From the first time I talked with Dr Rob , he has a gentle spirit about him and put me at ease to give his practice a try and I'm so glad and blessed that I did. If you don't have a dentist and looking for a family christian environment then this is the place to be. May god continue to bless the practice and they be here for a long time.

Dr Rob has been my dentist over thirty years now. My son, daughter, their spouses and their children are under Dr. Rob and Dr Witt's care, now that he has joined the practice, for all types of dental services. All of my services have been successful, there's has been many over the years. He's patient and always concern about how you're doing even after you leave the office. Going to Dr Rob's office is like meeting with family, sharing with your successes and your losses. The atmosphere is very comforting when you walk through the doors Everyone there express love and concern for you. When you've been with people for that long there has to be a connetion to cause you to keep going back.

Dr.Rob ,Dr.Whit and staff are some of the Nicest, Attentive and caring professionals that My Family and I have ever met! Words are to weak to describe the care they show towards everyone.Besides been friendly they also do magnificent dental work .They even call or text you with a follow up to make sure you are doing well. Dr. Rob, Dr. Whit, and the entire staff are amazing. I've gone to this dentist for the last 10 years. After having my wisdom teeth removed he called me at home to check on me. My husband was in a motorcycle accident and chipped his two front teeth pretty severe. We called and they had my husband in their office the next day and fixed his smile. You can not tell where or which teeth were broken. Our 5 year old was terrified of the idea of going. After one visit she is excited and ready to go back. The staff are kind, patient, and professional. I recommend this dentist to everyone!

Our family loves Dr. Rob and his staff. I personally suffered from panic attacks for four straight years which made a visit to the dentist a very scary thing for me ~ Dr. Rob and his girls have always gone over and beyond to make me feel relaxed and calmed my fears. He even prays for me outloud before any procedures I have done....now that’s a dentist you want to be going to. We love them so much that we travel about 30 minutes out of our way to go to this office!! 100% worth the drive!! Make you appointment today...you will be so happy you chose them!!

I couldn't imagine anyone being more terrified about going to the dentist as much as me, didn't go for many years! But I heard about Dr Robert McArthur and his staff. I decided to take a chance, and what a true blessing! They have taken away my fear with the most unbelievable care and friendliness! I actually enjoy the drive to Snow Hill to my visits now! I wish I had heard of this place many years ago! Seriously this dentist and his whole staff are amazing , caring, friendly and helpful folks! I consider them my friends! They will go out of their way to help you! I highly recommend this dentist! They are the real deal! Blessed to have found them!

So thankful to be a new patient here. My husband and I were welcomed and made to feel right at home. The facilities are so clean, bright and modern. The dental work we had done was handled with both efficiency and compassion. Every member of the staff is just great...really nice, kind people.

Dr. Rob is a legend in dentistry. His staff is so friendly and his office so cool looking because it's a huge triangle. If I ever have a dental emergency, Dr. Rob is who i always go see. He is probably the greatest dentist in the entire world. Hes that good. I'll put it to you like this.... hes the Michael Jordan of dentist.

I got a bonded bridge done here, and the work is beautifully done. Dr. Rob has been my dentist ever since I was little, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist. Their office is very comfortable and homely, and the staff are all very nice and welcoming.

I had to have an emergency root canal. The office staff was very gracious in getting me in during the pandemic. Dr. McArthur was an excellent dentist to perform this procedure. I absolutely did NOT feel anything and could have taken a short nap. I have never had a root canal done before and I was feeling a little uneasy. But talking to him and his assistant about it. I was more relaxed and it ended up being a breeze.

Dr whit is a wonderful dentist and all the staff is great. I had dental work done a few days before Christmas and the office was closed the following week but he wanted me to meet him on that Monday to check my mouth. He also text several times during the two weeks they were closed. My whole family go to this office we love dr rob also.

Great experience here! Had the worst time with my wisdom teeth and originally planned to get them done in Greenville but they couldn’t even get me in for a consultation until July 24. Dr. Rob was able to get me in very quickly. I had my consultation and teeth removed and completely back to a normal routine way before the 24th. Hardly any pain at all!

I absolutely hate the dentist, ever since I can remember I’ve dreaded going to the dentist for any work. Going to Dr Rob and Dr Whit is a world away from the average dental experience. They really strive to make you comfortable and the staff is amazing. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist!!!!!

Dr Rob and his staff were AMAZING for my 3 year olds first experience at the dentist when he had a chipped tooth repaired. I was blown away with how great he and his staff were with my son, he was so proud of himself! Best dentist around!!

Dr. Rob is the best dentist ever. Had a deep cleaning and a a cavity to be done. In and out in an hour, professional service, and staff, and the dental assistant that assisted him was great also.. If you want a dentist that truly cares about you, go to Dr. Rob.. because at his dentist office your not treated like a patient,, your treated like family!!!

I have a very bad experience with dentists. As a child coming up, so my husband. Introduce me to Dr. Rod and his staff wonderful group of people. By God help very procedure that had to do done.
