Genuinely the best dentist I have ever had. The office is quiet and clean. Dr. Hackney and his staff (shout out to Ginger!!) are so kind and really care about their patients. Dr. Hackney explains procedures very well and is attentive to patients. 10/10 would recommend going here.

Dr. Hackney is the best dentist I have ever had. The office is quiet and business like and the staff is efficient, welcoming and helpful. The procedures are explained and the cost is made clear. I agree with the other positive reviews. I have recommended Dr. Hackney to my husband, Dave, my daughter and son-in-law, and to new people to the community.

My former dentist of many years retired and I was so skeptical of finding a new one. A friend told me about her dentist and so I thought I would give them a try. I am so very happy to be a patient of Dr. Hackney. He is so very kind, gentle and I feel totally at ease while in "the chair." His staff are wonderful too; very friendly, helpful and caring. I would recommend Dr. Hackney and his staff to everyone looking for a wonderful dental experience.

Dr. Hackney does a wonderful job explaining the procedure and cares enough to follow up with his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Hackney for years and hope that I can always call him my dentist. His office staff and dental assistants are always professional and courteous, they also make my visits as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend Dr. Hackney without hesitation!!!!

I am very pleased with the dental care i receive from Dr. William Hackney and staff. Everyone is professional while at the same time friendly and caring. I have no complaint with any work I'm given and most importantly for me, Dr. Hackney goes to great lengths to insure his procedures are as pain free as possible. My visit to Dr. Hackney's office was very relaxed. Staff and Dr. Hackney were all friendly, made sure I was comfortable, and I was treated very well. My exam was thorough, and Dr. Hackney spent plenty of time talking with me about any concerns I may have, and various options for my dental needs. I was very pleased with my visit.

Ginger does a great job in cleaning my teeth and gives me good advice on how to care for my teeth in between cleanings. My teeth feel so clean, I don't want to eat and mess them up. Dr. Hackney is a very good and caring dentist, he does not do any unnecessary dental work. I had to have a new crown and when the day came to put the crown on he could not get the crown to fit properly, he told his assistant to get me another crown and said I would not put that in my mouth and I am not putting it in hers. Vicky is really sweet and caring and makes me feel like a special patient not just a number. If you have dental insurance they will file it for you most dentist offices have you to file your own insurance. I highly recommend Dr. Hackney's office.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Hackney's office for our dental care for almost 6 years. We are completely satisfied with the care that Dr. Hackney and his staff provide. They are friendly as well as professional in the way they provide the dental care. Dr. Hackney is very knowledgeable in his profession, easy to ask questions of, and he is not heavy handed when doing any extractions or fillings that he has done for us. We highly recommend Dr. Hackney for any dental care.

My husband was very satisfied with Dr. Hackney and his staff. This was the first Dentist that my husband has ever felt comfortable with working on his teeth. He is paranoid about a Dentist working on his teeth, but he came out feeling good about it, this was a first for him. Dr. Hackney is very proficient, caring for his patient, knows what he is doing, gives good advice on future care and possibilities that might have to be taken care of. Like that old saying, you get what you pay for and Dr. Hackney is the best as far as my husband is concerned.

The staff exhibited an attitude of care and concern for me as a patient as well as very professional treatment in the cleaning process. It is nice to walk into a place of business and be addressed by name from friendly staff. As a business owner I may make more notice to this than others but I want my staff to be like Dr. Hackney's. They always make me feel welcome and well cared for in both dental service and personal concern. I definitely recommend the office to people I know.

I walked in right before their lunch time with much pain on the left side of my face. I wasn't sure which tooth since they all ached! He took me right to a chair and did an X-ray to see the problem tooth. He gave me some pain medication and I went back 2 days later to have one pulled. He numbed it and out it came! He and his whole staff were very friendly and understood my problem. I have found a dentist now that I will be going to from now on. Thank you Dr. Hackney and staff! Janet Burns

Dr. Hackney and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They make going to the dentist as easy as it can be. Plus, they file your insurance for you. He's also a Tar Heel! :)
