Myers Market Cody

Everyone here is great! Every time I come here I see all of employees working their tails off. I’ve been coming here for years and when they see me they already know what I’m here for so I don’t even have to ask. I believe management needs to make a huge application post about every one of their employees.

Love this gas station Mrs carol is super sweet, so is Melanie I get treated amazingly every time I come in had everything I needed ,super great gas station and super clean

Employees and managers are always nice and friendly! This is my daily go to gas station! They all treat you with respect! They will help you with any problems you may have! Also Brandon at the car wash has got to be the best car wash attendant there, always makes sure you’re satisfied!

I purchased gas and a car wash from the Myers Market on Airport Boulevard. I waited forever in the car wash line. The line began to get longer. The guy had to go in and out and in and out. Finally he came to each car and explained that the car wash was down and the chain was broken. He mentioned that we would have to either go to the Myers Market on Cody, or come back another day. I went to the Myers Market on Cody Road and Grelot. They were able to provide me with my car wash that I paid for using my receipt. Thank you Myers Market.

The staff at the store and the car wash is amazing! When you go, you feel like you are family to the employees! The store manager Tammy will take care of any problem that you have! The car wash manager Shane is awesome and takes care of any problems that you may have!

The cashiers are friendly and do their best to keep it clean and nice. Bonus that there is a subway here. Along with a express car wash.

Everyone here is nice with the exception of the head manager of the gas station. I used to be a regular here before we moved. She asked for my ID when I used my credit card to buy cigarettes, she acted like she was surprised it went through. She's very smug and full of herself, she complains about her employees even though they really do their best work. Subway is very tasty. The restaurant is clean, the employees of the subway restaurant are always nice and know what they are doing. I still go here quite a bit when I'm in the area.

So I've been using this car wash for many years now and today I learned that they are now un able to to spray off your car Mat's. I use to tip the car wash guy $5 bucks to spray off my two car mats, but today their employee told me they are no longer able to do it anymore. So I guess I will start using the car wash on schillengers rd. They will spray off your mats if requested. So Meyers just lost a long time customer.....

My complaint is with the fuel rationing that happens here. Can't "fill up"... always capped at 20 gallons. Thats a little better than 1/2 of my 36 gallon tank.
I dont want to reset the pump and make a second transaction, I just leave dissatisfied.

For the most part this store is great place to stop. It is always clean and for the most part everyone is nice and polite. But the last two times I stopped here I was disrespected and was rude to. I have never been treated so rudely by someone i was purchasing sonething from The first time when I went to make my purchase one of the cashiers ( Melanie) was talking to the other lady at the register. Never spoke to me at all. No hi, how are you nothing just finished talking and turned and walked away. The other lady never really spoke other than telling me my total. The next time Melanie was on the register when I walk up and placed my items on the counter the first thing she did was turn and grab some of her strawberries and took a bit. She turned and rang up my items. As I was using my debit card she started talking to the man standing behind me. She never once said anything to me at all. No hello , your total is , thank you , have a good day nothing at all. She always has a bad attitude and I have heard this from other customers. She has bad customer service skills. I have worked in customer service for many yr for behind a counter waiting on customer to going to clients office to talk about a job the company I worked for was going to do for them. And Melanie is just terrible at it. If this lady is in there I will not stop and since I usely stop in the evenings and it seems she is alway there guess this means I need to find a new store.

So I stopped in today @1pm and saw that y’all had a 12 pack of Diet Coke for sale at $6.99 per the SIGN that was sitting in front of the Coke Products. The issue I have is that it was a bait n switch and when I was checking out the lady rung me up at $7.17 before tax!! I told her the price on the sign says $6.99 and all she would say is that not correct and that Coke is the ones that put that sign up. I told her that she needs to remove the price sign because it’s wrong!!!! She did not care. Nevertheless I did not purchase the diet cokes because of the bait n switch. I will now look somewhere else because that price should have been honored no matter who posted the price sign. Hope the .18 cents was worth losing a customer who shopped a lot and spent a lot at your store!! ✌

This place fired my wife for reporting abuse both physical and verbal abused and then said it didnt happen so i am suing them for false allegations towards my wife and if any one want to join in on the suit it is fine with me the more the better i need witnesses to this atrocity. Yes we are filing suit against your company with wage and hour board and the EEOC. You can not fire someone for reporting physical and verbal abuses against employees by management. Its against the law. So now you are going to pay for it and the manager is going to be sued in a separate case for her role in the abuse. This is your only notice.

The manager talks about her personal problems and what she just been through, changing the subject. She waits three days to return my call, Oh but she came in on a holiday just return my call, when she should have returned the day I called. Then she tells me it there was nothing to what it was in reference to. I told her it is not other employees business, the girl asked being nosey and I didn't feel it was any of her business. WOW, it her business, she been there 16 yrs, she started out as a cashier, you did me no favors, Im a customer. There another shell station at cottage hill hil Cody, they are much nicer. You've lost my business forever meyers market at Cody and grelot. That slob who was so rude, Tammy you can defend the attitude. You don't deserve to be a manager, wish I knew how to reach your manager. Apparently the REAL OWNER has no clue and doesn't care. Tammy you did me no favor coming in on your off day, so go back home since you have so many health issues. So unprofessional, discussing you personal problems with a customer discussing a complaint. I will not be shopping there anymore and I will discourage others too.

should I file suit against the city of Mobile or Myers gas station for not trimming the trees blocking the view of oncoming cars exiting the store facing the north side on Grelot?

All I can say is if you're planning on applying to work here, don't do it because you will not be treated fairly at all!!! Because they don't care about their employees at all!!! I was fired for filing a report about both physical and verbal abuse towards me and another employee and they said it didn't happen, pretty much swept it under the rug!!!!(this abuse was done by the store manager!!!)

I would like to understand why you would not take my state issued Drivers License as proper ID to purchase beer.
