Excellent service!
I replaced the front struts, which requires realignment. I originally took it to Firestone in Hickory (where I have lifetime alignments). They had it all screwed up, so I took it back. They did it again, but it still wasn't set correctly. Steering wheel was a few degrees left when driving straight, car was hunting a lot too. I decided to give Main Street a try, after speaking with one of their employees, a neighbor of mine. He insured me that they would aligned it properly. I requested the camber to be set to 0°, to reduce tire wear by giving the tires a flat contact patch. They did just that, no fuss, no excuses (Firestone did not and in fact told me it couldn't be set to 0°). After Main Street completed the job, I drive the up hi-way 16 to 18 and back to Taylorsville on 90. The car drives absolutely beautiful now. Main Street is a perfect example of a shop that does the job correctly.

Good guys. A nice and local place to have your auto maintenance done. They do a complimentary check to make sure everything is in good shape and they get your vehicle in and out quickly.

We called them about 10 minutes before they opened, (they answered) were very polite and helpful. We aren't from around here, hauling cattle here to a processor... right off the interstate, a tire on our cattle trailer blew out. That was just icing on the cake compared to the morning we had with this trailer. We it came time to pay. (We used a spare tire on the trailer) they signed us up for some rewards and waived the 25.00 total...

Absolutely love this group of guys. Being a woman new to the area I was really nervous about finding an auto repair place that I could trust. I’ve been in the area for almost 3 years now and I will never go anywhere else, unless my Prius needs engine/battery repairs. They always go above and beyond and their prices are extremely reasonable. Thanks Chris and team!!

I had a sick child and my oil change reminder came on. I called and they said they would get me in immediately. When I arrived they already had all my information and met me at my car. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They were so courteous and thoughtful. The waiting room was beautiful comfortable leather chairs and a tv. They even gave my child a lollipop. Outstanding customer service. I'll never go anywhere else.

Great service, great value! Staff is very friendly and the lobby is always clean and comfortable. Main Street’s prices almost always beat any other estimate. Also, I can always count on honesty. They’re upfront about all costs and always ask before they do anything with my vehicle to make sure I’m comfortable with any work they plan to do. I recommend these guys to everyone.

Everyone at Main Street Tire are always so friendly. The mechanics always do a great job & they always get the job done in a timely manner. They have a very nice & comfortable lounge area with coffee & a TV in case you're waiting for the work to be done. I'd give them a 10+ but they only have 5 stars to rate them by. Extremely professional and efficient! Every vehicle we have has been serviced by Main Street Tire for the past 9 years! Great prices and very safety minded. I always have confidence when I leave that our vehicle is performing correctly after their work! Even send my teens there with their vehicles because I trust their ethics and work. Professionalism at its finest from start to finish. All employees were super helpful and polite. Job was done quickly and correctly while updates were given along the way. I was totally blown away by the labor warranty. Love that they stand behind their work. Won't be going anywhere else for my automotive needs!! Highly recommended.

And on a side note, what theyre doing for our Vets is a wonderful thing. Of the many garages in the area the are an A+ business for customer service, satisfaction, and price. As well as timely service. May God bless their business and those that work there.

It's amazing in this place , great customer service, clean, the mechanics that work on your vehicle really know what they're doing. Not only did they do my oil, they checked everything about my car,,came and told me what it needed and I said please fix it, and that's exactly what they did. The People are Friendly, the wait area is warm and comfortable while you wait! I had a request to save my old fuel filter so I could examine the contents and they Bagged it for me. They Changed my Oil and Filter and I was out the door in 1hours time. Thank You to the fine people at Main Street Tire Pros! I will be back!

Main Street Tire has always been a positive experience no matter what service I was receiving! They are a small town business that does big city jobs & always with a smile. For years no one has ever been rude or made me feel bad vibes! If you don't use them you are missing out on professional work for your car. Also their prices are very good.

Anytime I need work or inspections on my car, I go to Mainstreet Tire. They're always so friendly and eager to help, and I've never had to wait long. If my son is with me then they work hard to make sure we aren't waiting longer than necessary. Prices are reasonable and they work with you to make sure you have everything you need or want for your car. I've never been displeased or disrespected. Definitely recommend.

A little pricey but hey you can't control the price of tires. Pretty much comprable to anybody else in the area. I was there to replace one tire and they took the time to show me what was wrong what's another tire. So on this girl's opinion they go above and beyond their job. Friendly staff very helpful and informative! Keep the great work up!
