Beautiful campground, well maintained. Attendants at the gatehouse were friendly and helpful. We stayed in Loop A, lot 50 and was pleasantly surprised at the unrestricted view of the lake! Very quiet and peaceful. Our lot was partially shaded, sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. T-Mobile reception was great. Overall very nice!

Great campground. Restroom/showers are old and could use updating. Grounds were clean, beach for swimming, boating,

Great campground, easy to get to. some of the sites are a bit tight. Good power and water pressure. The RV site pads could use some maintenance. We will come back again.

Great campground on W Kerr Scott Reservoir. Mix of wooded sites and open sites, many with water views. Grills, grill prep tables as well as standard picnic tables at each site. Rest rooms adequate. Great access to recreation right from camp ground: boat ramp, beach and well designed mountain bike trails. Little free library, firewood and ice available at good price near office. We enjoyed kayaking and biking here, expect to return.

We absolutely love camping here. The staff is amazing. The information given on the app is perfect. The views are breathtaking. Everyone is friendly here and all pets are welcome. Bring your boat or your swimming clothes and enjoy a day on the lake.

Great Corps of Engineers Campground located on Kerr Scott Lake located near Wilkesboro North Carolina. Awesome campsites, locations off the lake in the shade or lake side sites in the sun.

Love this place! Beautiful and well kept. Sites are pretty level.

Great place to camp as a family💕 There is more than enough room for bigger tents such as ours. Great environment for children as well it is very quiet and peaceful! Nice fire pit, grill and fishing spot 💜 I would give this place a hundred stars if I could. I can't wait to go back with the family.

great location on beautiful lake. very nicely maintained campground with bathrooms, playground and firewood for sale. controlled access means it's safe and limited to campers only. most sites have lake view. we were tent camping and the tent camping area is separate from the RV area with spacious shaded sites. we could access the lake with our canoe from our site but i believe there is a boat ramp if you need it. one of the lake mountain bike and hike trails can be accessed here, and also links up to another trail system, offering 20 miles of traffic free trails on the doorstep. very quiet at night when we were there. kids and parents had a wonderful time!

Excellent park for people of all ages. $18/night for backpack camping (up to 6 people/site). Also have RV spots. Trails are free to use. Nice flowy, well maintained trails. Beautiful place.

Excellent close to lake. Several locations to put your kayak in the lake. Nice hiking trails. Close to Wilkes-Barre North Carolina if you want an evening dinner somewhere else other than your campsite.

We had a blast. Stites are clean and level for tent camping. Plenty of space between sites. Picnic tables can be moved around unlike other place so that helps with setup. Bath house is well kept but they could use a table in there or some wall hooks. On the tent roads about every 100yrds they have water spigots. It's also about 15 minute drive to everything. No need to pack all the food or worry you forget something. Walmart is there. Lol
