I’ve been to a lot of parts stores in the Taylorsville and statesville area. Justin and his team are absolutely AMAZING! As a woman you’re never really sure who to trust in the auto world. Justin came out to help me with a diagnostic and test battery. He was patient, and explained things to me in laymen’s terms while his crew held down the store! I may have only spent 35 dollars in his store today, but I will always come back here now. Thanks guys!!

Came in for a few small odd and end things. Ended up asking some questions to see if they had any of the parts for my car (most places don’t carry wrx parts). Let me tell you they have an awesome crew at this AutoZone! Marisa and Shanda were two of the most knowledgeable auto part store employees I’ve ever met! Hands down a great group of people!

Fantastic Service!!! Stopped in later evening to get a new battery as we were 12 hrs from home and were worried our car with trailer attached wouldn't make it.
David C and Peter Rees were more than happy to help us.
Peter installed our battery quickly, taking extra attention to make sure the battery was seated properly as well as all connections. He even wired brushed a stubborn line to make sure our connection was solid.
He answered our questions even explaining why you should use battery "grease" when changing a battery. He made sure our stubborn battery tie down was secure and tight. Both David and Peter shared a bit about themselves in conversation making my husband and I feel like we were talking to old friends. Can't say enough on these fine gentlemen and their concern for their customers and their willingness to help. Hope AutoZone corporate office sees this review and acknowledges in some way these gentlemen for a job well done

Went in to buy a couple of things Chloe put it up on the computer found where they were located when got them for me broaden to me show me the new easyway check out that they got very effective very good places well-organized and clean

Visited local Autozone for new battery. Both gentlemen in store were very courteous and helpful.

We were working on our Truck, And the assistant manager Peter went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed in stock and a wonderful deal. We couldn't have asked for better service. We'll definitely not go anywhere else as long as Peter is working here@

Larry the store manager is tha bomb! Seems most times I order i need something else, part delivered to another place etc and he always accommodates me! I wish i had that guy on my team! I wont be visiting any other parts house in Taylorsville, and i do have accts with them all. No other parts house compares to the service I get with Larry! Go man go! You will own this company one day!

I always come here because there prices are always lower then Advanced n Orileys. Thank you KK for helping me get the right breaks for the car.

Really great coustomer service. Staff has the proper knowledge of the parts or help that you need and they make sure that coustomers get recognized and helped quickly. Been going there for parts since I first got my license and have never had an issue

Great Auto Parts store to find just about anything you will need to restore, fix, or clean that investment you have made. If they don't have it stock, they will order it.. Very helpful service dept.
