The claim was handled quickly, all questions were answered quickly and accurately, we had what we needed to get the repairs done in a timely manner. Very knowledgeable and personable, we are really pleased with the service. We met with Matt to review our insurance coverage to ensure we were adequately covered - we left with much higher rates of coverage, additional insurance we had been seeking, and are paying less than we were paying with our previous providers/rates. Matt did a great job of taking care of everything for me. He patiently explained my many options with all my insurance policies. He helped me get a kid added to my insurance at a decent rate, figured out the complexities of flood insurance and elevation certificates and saved me some money.
