Cindy and Arnold absolutely went above and beyond to help me find the house for me and my dog. They listened and tried to find the specific things I wanted in the price range that I could afford. They did not push me and they also really helped me to make decisions and uses their expertise to check out the homes as we were looking at them. They always were ready to look up any house I found and see about times we could look at them as well as always being prompt. I know it was not always easy for them to come everywhere I wanted to see a home but they were always so kind and helpful. I consider them true friends and I can tell you that even if something is wrong with the house that you want they will try and help you not only figure out a way to fix it on your budget but they will offer to help you. These are truly genuine people who want to help, not just earn a living. I have the utmost trust in them and can tell you from experience that they will go to battle for you if that’s what needs to happen. While they are kind that does not mean for one minute that they are intimidated at all. I love them so much and am so grateful to them for all their help and all the hard work they done helping me.

Art & Cindy are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and during the stress of moving across the country, they kept us informed of the status of the build, and made several trips to take photos of progress. I’d recommend them 100% for any needs you may have regarding a home purchase or sale.
