Birkenstock Feet First

I've never owned a pair before so trying them on in-store was a must. Johana, the sales representative was patient and brought out plenty of sizes for me to try. Depending on how I reacted while trying them on, she would suggest different size or style. We were able to find a pair that were very comfortable. Left the store a proud Birkenstock owner and satisfied customer. Will gladly come back for my Birkenstock needs!

I love this store. The shoes are expensive but they are very high quality and last a long time. As a person with terribly weak ankles and feet, this shop is the only place I can find pretty shoes that do not hurt me.

I used to work weddings, and I wore these flats from there for upwards of 18 hours on my feet every weekend for two years.

The Birkenstocks I have purchased from there are my favorite shoes.

I bought my first pair of Birkenstock’s here a few summers ago, but I didn’t know anything about the shoe. Thank goodness I went in person to try them on. I was helped by a very patient sales person who brought me multiple pairs and we found out I needed a narrow size. Flash forward to last weekend when I went back to this store with my boyfriend who was curious about owning Birkenstock’s. Johanna was very knowledgeable and was extremely kind throughout the whole process. She brought out a lot of pairs of sandals, and at the end of our shopping trip, I ended up buying another pair of sandals because the experience and her customer service was so wonderful. I know you can probably try the shoes on in the store and buy online later, but supporting a small business and getting that personalized attention beats saving a few dollars.

They have an amazing selection of the best shoes I know of here - not just Birkenstocks, but many other options too. Good, friendly service.

They sell quality shoes here. I love the NAOTs that I ended up getting. Their men's selection is more limited than the women's, but if you're looking for comfortable and stylish, this is a good place to look into. Their salespeople were respectful and helpful.

I just want to give a HUGE shout out to Dansko and Comfortable Soles of Chapel Hill for helping give new life to my favorite pair of green tragically ugly shoes. They kept my purchase on file, which helped with warranty repair. Win!

Got a pair of Merrill's from here and they're still going strong 2 years later. The most durable pair of shoes I have ever owned.
