Wendy's

Had not eaten at wendy's on a while. Stopped in for lunch. Nice clean restaurant and helpful staff. Got to try the chicken sandwiches.

The last working the drive thru speaker was extremely kind and pleasant. Her hospitality and friendliness added joy to my day. 👍👍

The reason for my visit today is I stopped last night and got a Dave's dbl combo with no ketchup. When I got home and went to eat it, it had ketchup only. I called and they would replace it. So I went back today, they honored it and it looked good. Here a pic of the one they messed up and the one they redid

The manager of the store is absolutely wonderful he made good on my salad gave me one for plenty of nuts and sauce like I ordered the night before I appreciate it and that says a lot for a restaurant that stands good by their food it takes a good manager and he is I say thank you

Very clean inside. I only ordered a Frosty to go but I was in and out of there very quickly. The staff was polite and provided very fast service. I didn't use the drive thru but I noticed the line moved quickly.

Just a great place to go close to my work fast and good stuff to eat

The drive thru is very slow but I find I'm not missing things from my order like most places. I love the 4/$4 meal deal.
Breakfast is good, love the wedges.

Great breakfast and great food all around I've noticed a lot of places here lately have gotten low quality on their food but this place is spot on the fries are always fresh and burgers and bacon are always fresh and their breakfast fries are better than Bojangles for sure

My lady e I went through the drive thru Fine in was closed there was a line of cars wrapped around the store . We were at the end of the line we had our order in hand and correct within minutes even with a Skeleton crew they did exceptionally well I personally don't eat fast food but my lady does. She is a Big Karen and even she was satisfied (and that's a miracle) thank you Taylorsville Wendy's for the good job.

Had an amazing sandwich from Wendy's in Taylorsville. It was pricey but so worth it! My only complaint: my husband's food was bagged and got cold while my grilled chicken on the pretzel bun was being prepared. I wasn't asked to move forward so everyone else in line was also kept waiting. Just hope their food wasn't cold as well! If you haven't tried the special sandwiches on the pretzel buns, try them when you have a big appetite, they're huge and delicious!

I like this Wendy's. This is one of the nicer ones I have been in. Has TV's on wall with ball games on. There is a light up sign menu on wall off to side of the registers. Service was fast even though there was like 10 cars in drive through our wait was only a few minutes. Store was also clean .

This Wendy's seems to be the busiest restaurant in town! Anytime I go there's always a line of people waiting. The food is always fresh and hot, the wait staff friendly. The only bad thing I've ever had happen at this location is paper left on my cheese.

ALWAYS good service & FRESHLY MADE FOOD❣ I'D rather wait a few minutes knowing it's being prepared fresh. Area was very clean & cashier very kind & served my salad with EVERYTHING that was to go with it before I sat down. Great experience & will go back again ❣

Trinity makes waiting through the long drive thru line worth it. She takes the time to make sure the customer has everything they ordered before pulling away. I'm always so happy when she works the drive thru. It's in fact the only time I get everything I pay for. I'll return to this Wendy's because of that girl. She's more than a keeper. She's leadership material. The company needs to look at giving this girl a promotion. Seriously. Her customer service skills would give mine a run for their money. Those are the kind of skills so many service industry managers lack these days. It would be nice to see that shift back a bit. I'm telling you now. If Wendy's don't promote her to a position more fitting of her skill set, they'll surely lose her.

I think I like Wendy's better than some of the places I've eaten in that are supposed to be considered fancy. The grilled chicken wraps there are some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. Same goes for the baked potato. Never had any trouble with the staff. All around great place to eat at.

This place was a great decision. Brianna took good care of me, taking my order and then following up with me to make sure I got everything properly. The burger I had was not smooshed for the first time in forever in my fast food experiance. Would definitely recommend.

My peppercorn mushroom burger was great! The soft buttery tasting bun was awesome.I switched the crispy onions for regular onions and really enjoyed my burger. I'm glad my food was fresh as well as my fries.

I wish I would've asked the young lady at the drive-thru for her name, so I can shout her name out! That young lady blessed me more than I could ever express. She just simply greated me with a smile (I could even see it through the mask) and she said "ma'am, you are so pretty". She doesn't even know what I've been going through, but I sure haven't felt pretty and it's been a struggle. So for someone to say that, when I feel like an ugly duckling, I just wanted to hug her. I cried , but I couldn't let her see that. Wow what a blessing. And sheas she gave me my food she said she hopes the rest of my day would be blessed. She has no idea how much she blessed me.

Hands down, best value in fast food. The $5 bag is great.
