At appointment for child. Appointment was made for 8. Facility makes you wait in your car until they call you in. They require you to call when you arrive but have lines turned off until 8. Received a text at 8:10 saying we were added to the waitlist and to remain in our car. Was not called in until 8:20. Was not seen by provider until 8:30. Left the office at 9.

Provided the service required/requested and doctor was attentive and very friendly. It was clear we were not at all an inconvenience, but rather a joy in her day. No serious needs for appointment just a well visit. Cannot say enough positive things about the provider!

Can’t speak for all of the front staff... but they aren’t the most warm or welcoming people. She did not care about the customers (our) experience They are slow and can be perceived as not helpful. Lack basic customer service skills. They don’t go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, complete 180 of the techs and providers.
