Panera Bread

First time ever at a Panera, and I'm looking forward to going back again. I ordered on the kiosk screen, which was easy enough. If I hadn't, I'd probably had to order some desert at the counter where it was staged up so nicely. I had a soup and a salad. Both were great.

Even though they have no gluten-free offerings, there were a number of good choices. Corporate emphasis is on healthful eating, for which they provide well, including specialty herbal teas as well as sophisticated coffee blends. We experienced a little mix-up in our order, mainly because, with the masks on, clear hearing is a problem. The manager was on top of it, though, satisfying us generously and completely, without our asking. Staff in general were friendly, helpful. The young person who initially took our order actually came outside on the patio to apologize for the mix-up, which was, for me, a real heads-up action, left me with an even warmer feeling for the place.

Very pleasant place -- peaceful upscale ambiance in a low-moderate price range. I love beautiful wood, so I really appreciated their table tops. The landscaping was thoughtfully designed, well executed, as the photos show.

I really enjoyed lunch at this location. Friendly staff, customer service was A1 my food was hot and fresh and delicious, the dinning room was clean. I saw employees wiping tables and cleaning. I will be visiting again soon. The manger was really welcoming.

Coffee was warm to coldish. Asked for hot coffee, and the employee quickly made more without any problems.

Clean eating is always a plus! The kiosks where you place your order can't answer questions about the food, but it gets the job done. Takes me a minute to find the advertised special on the kiosk, but that's okay. I got my food in a timely manner. The wifi doesn't always have a strong signal, but that could be user error. :)

I did curbside delivery on 1/18/23 and met the kindest and coolest individual. She was very friendly and just a neat person to talk with. She had long dark hair. Keep her around Panera! She’s an amazing employee!

Everything I ordered was amazing and given to me quickly. The staff was very polite and professional. I look forward to my next meal here.

I am so pleased with this Panera Bread's courtesy, fresh food, and clean study areas! I have been working on my Master's for the past year and without this Panera Bread, I don't know how I would get my work done! I enjoy the quiet atmosphere, employees always ask if I need anything, and the aroma is so amazing.....yuuumm! I can tell that the managing staff is really putting a lot of effort into making sure the store is well run, staff is knowledgeable, and that they are providing high quality meals! This Panera Bread is doing an amazing job and I applaud their management!
I visit at least once a week and would highly recommend others to make this a frequent stop!

Great food, customer services need a little help beefing nicer

I’ve been sitting in there drive thru for 15 mins so far and they didn’t even have my order put in once I got to the window so I’m now waiting even longer for them to get it made. Never will come to this Panera again

I was greeted with a warm friendly hello from the front counter young lady and she very gladly took my order with a smile under her mask and a spark in her eye! She was very respectful and courteous to everyone who walked in and it made my dining experience the best yet in any Panera I have been to. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

One of the register people named Markus had a great personality and was pleasant to talk too. he got my order completely right on multiple occasions. I would definitely recommend going here and make sure to ask Markus to take your order.

I had just gotten back in my home area after a car trip of about 18 hours, and I was famished. The drive through looked pretty busy, and I needed to get out of my car, so I donned my mask and went inside to order. I placed my order on the no-contact kiosks they offer. There was one order ahead of mine, yet I still received my food in under 5 minutes! They also happily provided an extra container of dressing for my salad. 10/10 will be visiting again! ❤

I had great customer service today from Jasmine after she rescued my pedometer that fell under a customer's car. She waited to complete service to others before taking a broom and helping me out! Oh and the coffee and blueberry muffin were great! Very clean and welcoming restaurant.

Went to Panera tuesday for a last minute meal… saw the manager and he was hot. Food was eh, inspired my book. I’ll eat it again i guess. There’s a short girl at the register, give her a raise she’s cool. Manager was hot!!!!

A Nice Sunday Morning Breakfast. We went through the Drive thru, parked and ate outside at the Picnic table. The Food was very Tasty and we will do it again on the next Sunday Morning Grocery Store run.

The food is great, and though I came in a little late I wasn't rushed at all by the staff.

Great .. made to order perfect.
