411 West Italian Cafe

I loved this place. We made a reservation the same day (Friday at 7:30) I liked the atmosphere and our waiter was kind and nice. They give you some hot rolls to start, which I love because most restaurants here never give anything like that for free and I consider it a logical thing to do. We ordered meatballs with mozzarella as a starter (the portion is big and delicious) then pasta with scallops and shrimp and grilled salmon, and I can say it was the best salmon I've ever tasted! To drink IPA beer and basil gin! (Very well served) unfortunately we had no more room for dessert but we ordered a "carajillo", the waiter mentioned that they had no licor 43 and came to our table accompanied by the bar man who prepared us a drink that was close to the carajillo, different taste but really good. I highly recommend eating here, everything is perfect! Despite the demand for parking, we found a parking space across the street and the parking is only open from 6am to 8pm after is free

I love this restaurant!! It’s awesome that they have such healthy options like whole wheat pasta (which you can sub for the regular white stuff) and the basil pasta dish that’s overflowing with veggies. The salads and gnocchi are also awesome. It’s also amazing you can get delivery, for a cozy night in. Thanks for your great food and service!

I ordered food from 411 West for a dinner party of 25 at my house during the holidays and was absolutely thrilled with their food and service! Everything was delicious- salmon, chicken marsala, basil pesto pasta, mashed potatoes, salad, bread rolls. Totally recommend them!

Excellent service, our waitress was very personable, and our food was very well done. Gnocci with salmon and ribeye. We got the dessert sampler which was perfect! Nice decor. Not loud so nice for couples or romantic evening.

Very nice restaurant. The food was amazing. We got chicken marsala. The waitress was very good and the atmosphere was quiet and perfect.

My daughter chose the venue knowing I enjoy Italian food. We were not disappointed. Everyone in our small party commented on how much they enjoyed the dinner.

Great ambience, good food and very well done scallops! Be sure to make a reservation Friday-Sunday though.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice with glass ceilings and nice decorations. The food was really good and service was outstanding.

Still a fantastic meal and atmosphere. We sat at the bar for a casual dinner of pizza and salad and wine. Friendly staff, quality food, delicious wine. We'll be back as often as we are in town!

Beautiful restaurant and delicious Italian food. We went for a rehearsal dinner here in their back room that is enclosed with tall glass roofing. We had a group menu to choose from. I loved the salmon dinner, salad and the so yummy flourless chocolate cake, raspberry ice cream, fudge and whipped is something I would definitely go back for. I loved how creamy the creme burle was as well.

my go to for date nights. love the paperdelle bolognese! all the noodles are handmade and the desserts plus coffee are to die for! cannot speak highly enough about this place! also there is a cute outside seating area with a clear ceiling/greenhouse feel!

The mushroom spinach flat bread pizza is amazing! Friendly service, tables available quickly, and great atmosphere.

Found this great little Italian restaurant via a Google search while in Chapel Hill this week. The food was excellent! Homemade pastas, homemade gelato. We were a party of 7 - made a reservation everyone’s food was excellent and our server was very knowledgeable of the food and wine. Definitely try it out

I’ve been coming here since the pandemic then I moved to FL and came back. Not a beat has changed. Hospitality and food are definitely matched. Every time I come sit at the bar, Trey & the ladies make sure I feel at home. Trey deserves a promotion or whatever the company offers. They always make sure to recommend any types of specials etc. I just really love coming here and it’s nice to be a regular. Their prices never hurt my pockets either. They allow me to try things, even though I have strong opinions.

My favorites are the wood grilled shrimp, the chicken Marsala and the chocolate chess pie. During the summer, I make it a point to get the strawberry salad w/ grilled chicken and the crab cake plate (catch those on special).

Overall always a 10/10.

We had our rehearsal dinner at 411, and they took such great care of us! Planning the event was simple and stress-free. When I arrived to drop off decorations, I had a moment of tears (you know, wedding overwhelm), and Tommy at 411 brought me a glass of water and offered me champagne to help calm me down. He assured me the night would run smoothly, and it did. Matt and Luke served our group, and they were phenomenal! The food was delicious, of course. I’m so glad we held our event at 411. We’ll be dining there for years to come.

Had a great meal with family and loved the environment. The lasagna and eggplant parmesan was very good. Carolyn took great care of us, thanks.
