I’m really shocked at these reviews! Vanessa has been my nail tech for 10 plus years. I’ve followed her wherever she’s gone. Reviews can hurt people’s business. Vanessa is simply AMAZING!! She’s excellent at her craft. Don’t let someone’s experience from years ago ruin it for you. Try them for YOURSELF. People are complaining about prices. I mean that’s everywhere now. Thanks to inflation. I’ll NEVER go anywhere else Vanessa isn’t. She’s just the sweetest. 🥰 Give them a try!

I have been going to Vanessa for about 7 years and she is a wonderful nail tech and business owner. Her shop is always clean, her employees are always nice, and her customer service is phenomenal. Vanessa becoming the owner of this salon has turned it around so much and I’m always happy to make an appointment to have my self care day at her salon. I would recommend anyone to go to this establishment for a relaxing self care day.

She does my pedicures because I like the deeper pressure massage on my legs. Amazzinggg … you can even pay for extra time, it’s definitely worth it. My legs feel so wonderful and new when she’s done.

If you want your nails done the right way, call and get an appointment with Diane. Simple as that. I don’t like how other people here do nails. Diane is understanding and will change the shape, color, and do your nails how you want them! I rarely go for pedicures here but my family likes their pedicures. My family loves jenni and Diane to do their pedicures.

Kelly is amazing! My nails are still flawless after 2 weeks of hard work. I'll be going back for a fill-in in the next couple of days, and will keep going here for the foreseeable future.

Good experience. I am a somewhat picky nail biter. I needed my nails to be super short. John listened to my concerns and did an awesome job! Will be back to see him for a fill in. ThAnks!!

I have been here many times. They always do a great job with giving me a pedicure!!! This is my number one choice in the area!

I had been to this salon once before, and it beautiful inside. The decor, especially the chandeliers! The first time I went, the tech who did my French manicure did it thin tipped just like I requested. This visit was my second, and Danny provided my services. He was so detail oriented and hummed to himself while he worked. I loved it. He obliged my requests. I will make an appointment with him next time. I had the green tea pedicure, a manicure, a complimentary cup of Zinfandel, a chair massage, and left feeling great. I don't treat myself to spa services auctions, and I really needed it after having recently lost my father. The experience was just right.

Kelly is so thorough and I enjoyed her level of professionalism. You can tell she takes pride in her job. Friendly place... I felt like royalty 💕
Although the price is a little on the expensive side. They charged me $5 extra after the fact because I wanted three colors for my nails.

I've had great experiences everytime I've gone. I've had both nannies and pedis and regularly get my eyebrows done., and have had no complaints. A little pricey but they're clean and good at what they do. I recently got a turkey and leaves painted on my nails that I found online and the techs did an extremely great job I love them. Would have posted a pic but doesnt give me an option too.

I have been going to Embassy Nails, for a long time, now, and I could not imagine ever going anywhere else. This place is amazing! If you ever go there, I highly recommend that you get Lily to do your nails....she is EXCELLENT!! And, also check out their grand chandeliers, hanging from the ceiling....the whole environment is beautiful and very well organized. You can even ask for a complimentary glass of wine, while you're there. Their prices are very reasonable for the services they provide. I highly recommend you visit Embassy Nails because you will love this place as much as I do!

🌸🌸 Embassy Nails is wonderful! I've been coming here with my little girl for YEARS ! ( She's 5 years old now ) They have a great set up -- kids chairs and DVD player while they are being pampered! I get manis & pedis and my eyebrows done here as well. The BEVERLY pedicure option is THE BEST!!! 😊 Your legs will feel brand new & soooo good when you leave!! My sister lives in Mount Olive and she comes with me when she visits too!!!
The ladies here are very sweet & it's great that they remember your name!! You never have to wait long for Service either. That's a plus!! I have posted several pictures of my nails & my daughters nails here online. I've never been disappointed! ( The pink is my favorite though )
I enjoy the music they play too. Very relaxing !

I took 2 of my daughters here again....
My 7 year old got the Lavender pedicure, 15 year old got the green tea pedi, and I bought the 🌴 Tropical pedicure & gel manicure. The best pedi/ mani I've ever had here ---❤ Kelli did a fantastic job. I ❤The hot stones & towels, she does a wonderful job massaging your legs, feet & hands. She takes her time & gives great detail. Such a sweet, polite lady!

The Tropical Pedi is a lil more expensive... but SOOO well worth it ! Yes, gel is more, but it lasts much longer! Go and ask for Kelli !

I bought my 4 girls (10,9,8 and 5) and we had a great girls night getting mani/pedi's!! My 5 year old was nervous so the nice man let her sit in my lap and talked to her until she was comfortable enough to get her nails done. They even stayed past closing to get us all done! Excellent customer service and I will definitely recommend this location to my family and friends!!

Tammy did a beautiful job on my nails at the Cotswold location. When they do the gel nails--they use a "miracle " procedure that lasts forever. Have been back 3 times and have never been disappointed. Will continue going there as this is one of the best manicures I have had done.

the shop is beautiful and always well maintained...i have been a client here for 3 or 4 years. they always treat me with courtesy. the staff is very friendly and attentive...most of them greet me by name. i have met with several of the techs, but sadly only know a few names. Lynn, Vicki and Kelly, thank you 😊

Very very clean checked our temp. before any services were rendered and they took all needed precautions with hand washing and 6 feet apart!!!

A lot of people don't necessarily like this shop but I love them ! They have always been extreme perfectionist when I go .

Awesome quick service you can make appointment but I was just a walk in. They were on point and did excellent job. I got the 38 dollar lavender pedicure and is well worth the money. The massage chairs were great to.
