Milburnie Park - Neuse River Trail Parking

Beautiful trails and an okay spot to fish. Only fished there just yesterday, caught one small white perch but nothing else (we weren't there very long though). Might try again sometime, even if just for the view!

Had a GREAT walk on the Nuese River Trail today!! Took a few pictures. Enjoy!!!

This is a paved greenway that runs along the river. The bordering lawn was nice and maintained. If you are looking for hiking, I feel this is not your park. But to go for a nice walk, bike, or jog this would be a great place for those activities.

Milburnie Park is a great place to enjoy the outdoors. It has a variety of trails for biking, hiking, and running, as well as a playground, picnic areas, and a boat launch. There are also several opportunities to see wildlife, including deer, birds, and turtles. Milburnie Park is a great place to get some exercise and enjoy nature.

Rode 14.75 miles to the dam and back to parking lot at Milburn. Well maintained trail. Lots of wildlife. Bike shop at the beginning of trail. Great folks. Great day!

Great area of the Neuse River Greenway to walk, bike, rollerblade or get out if tubing. Beautiful bridges to take photos.

I thought what they did with the old dam removal excellent. So many people were wading out and playing in the water! Nice spot for a picnic.

Beautifully preserved greenway to walk, bike or rollerskate. Small parking lot was empty on a weekday afternoon. No crowds. Families on bikes.

This is an awesome trail for road bikes as well as mountain. There are plenty flats to get a good stride going and enough hills for small challenges. A few tight turns but not bad. Beautiful scenery, nice bridges. Still new to riding but I really like this trail. Early morning has very few walkers.

The trail is exemplary in so many ways. It has bridges and underpasses that keep you out of traffic. The trail follows the river which offers pleasant and constantly changing scenery. There are historical markers and places to sit or have a picnic. The trail is fairly flat but meandering so it's distinct from a rail trail. The trail connects to a network of trails. Check out the Neuse Duce for a 200km ride on the trail network. It's huge!

Great access point for the trail, close to a picturesque overlook of gray heron hunting grounds, a sandy river beach, and the 'Altar of Narnia' stone picnic table.

This place is so beautiful saw fish jumping. Deer, all kinds of birds and it's a great place to launch a kayak from or go inner tubing from. I love coming here to explore the woods and take pictures

Great for swimming and hanging out with friends, but many many dog off leash which should not be allowed. keep your dog on leash in and out of the water

Very nice hiking and biking trail along the Neuse River. Scenic all the way. We spend a good two hours biking there and are coming back soon!

Good place for walking and biking

It has easy access to scenic walks, small beach fronts, and it is great for kids. It seems clean and safe.

Wonderful place to walk, run, bike, beach on the Neuse River, beautiful place to see and enjoy nature.

Awesome trail. We'll maintained. Kids love coming here for the Pokémon gyms.

We cycle there on Saturdays and love the clean trails.

Usually very quiet and easy to get to. Love this entrance to the Greenway!
