Food Lion

Food Lion is our primary place to but food. I'm always impressed by their campaigns to keep the customers happy. They play some really cool music 🎶 while you go up and down the isles. Why, I even broke out in a dance just reaching for some canned peaches. Hope you didn't see me doing the electric slide in the bread isle. Seems whoever put on the music for the day had that funky music 🎶 Rocklin in their mind. So, if you want to get down while shopping, finding all your favorite goodies. Go to your food Loins and prepare to Rock your way around the milk, fresh bread, and fresh meat counters. Now, 5 stars for Food Lion is the opposite of any other place for me. Was I ignored &/or treated like garbage?? That's 5 stars for Food Lion! Today I was ignored until the checkout where I apparently was engaged in a passive aggressive power struggle as the sullen cashier (thanks Kendal!!) bagged my stuff & carefully placed it out of reach while telegraphing her displeasure at my existence. Normally I'm tickled to get through a whole transaction without an audible syllable from anyone. & ofc i love finding products that are 9 months expired. But active hostility is my favorite. Come here for more!!!!

I shop here at least once a week. The cashiers are always friendly. All of the staff is. This Food-Lion clearly has great management and hires those that truly want to work, not only to benefit themselves, but their fellow coworkers and Food-Lion as a whole.
This location (I cannot speak for others, but they may be the same) is currently making improvements to the shopping experience. There has been some rearrangement because they now offer a fresh chicken bar near the deli that provides wings, nuggets, and strips of varying levels of heat (spice). A very nice addition.

These cashier's are nice they help seniors. I will visit this store again. I love good customer service. I pasted 2 Food Lions to get to this one. Sometimes you just want to be treated with respect when you spending your money.

Convenient to the house for quick pick ups! Great staff, well stocked until very recently ,and that's not their fault. I love this store. Been using it for years!

I once had someone advise me, "If you don't want to mega-coupon, you should shop at Food Lion." They have the things I want to buy at a price I can afford. I've even been asked if there is something that they don't carry that I want. Within a few weeks, it was on their shelves. I wish the ads were more keto friendly, but that's my opinion.

Has just about any food you need with a variety of options. Some prices can be a little much but it is usually worth it. Great for a quick snack or a heavy Sunday afternoon buffet. Usually very clean, as well as the bathrooms. It is very organized and easy to find what you need to get.

I have to say, I go here a lot, but today's visit was exceptional. I was waiting in line for a full service register and an employee asked if she could help me check out. I do not need any help, per se, but she proceeded to take my items out at a self serve register and scan them all for me. I hope she or her manager sees this but I forgot her name. All I know is that this level of service is why I go here.

Food lion is a chain so I can't say the food or prices are better than other Food lions out there, but mine is superior in other ways. I happily spend time here the atmosphere and the employees are so welcoming I've been going to this Food Lion since I moved to Raleigh 4 years ago and it's big factor in me not wanting to move away. From the staff I know by name to the cart guy who's free spirit fills the parking lot my Food Lion is better than your Food Lion!

What can I not say about this place the Customer service is amazing I love speaking with Ms. Lee and Ms. Vickie and Ms Victoria they are so professional and always willing to help at any time. I love this Food Lion #1 in Raleigh if you ask me

I came in around 9.30 and a tall, young, black guy was very nice. Most times an employee will point you in the general direction and maybe grunt. He walked me all the way there and even offered to help me find the one I wanted. Awesome!!!

Foodlion on Lake wheeler Road.is the nearest Grocery store too where l live.An it is another clean store.What make a Store for me too come back an fore is the employee,Mgr.san that is this one . People remember you an they don't forget. A voice an the way we greet each other.I can go up there a fine everything that I needed too take too the Point Church too give to Mr.Leis too put in the Bag of Food too give too the Needed..like Fresh Bread, an Saltines Crackers,Cookies, asst.Cereal.I Donate these items too also put Insided of those.Big Brown Bags..Too give out at in The Point Church Pantry every Saturday.. Juliette Blackmon Hagd..

Always clean, employees are always welcoming and the parking lot is generally free of debris and "wandering" carts.

Wonderful management.

There was a young African American guy handling self check out and he rocked it!!! No one had to wait a long time for his assistance when a machine paused. I watched him walk around making sure that his area was moving quick and smooth. Hate that I didn't get his name to write in this post.

I can't say enough about Food Lion when it comes to customer service. The managers and staff are there to help and always have a smile on their faces. Overall I gave them a five star they are great when it comes to customer service.

Clean easy to find items associates are always nice and helpful I come here now vs the one on Poole rd which I had been going to for years . Idk if ima get GTA’d or handed a dime bag every-time I pull up at that location . So rogers rd location for win
