Our experience with Daniel at Mattress Firm was better than with visits at other companies. Daniel went above and beyond to be helpful and to answer our questions. He was very knowledgeable and transparent about the process. We are very glad we stopped by the store. As a result of our interaction and experience with Daniel, we are feeling very confident and comfortable with moving forward with an expensive purchase

My mother and I went to mattress firm today the date being 03/27/2024 Mr. Nick the person who was helping us was nothing but respectful, kinds and absolutely caring. For a person who has never met us before to be so kind and understanding is incredible rare but Mr. Nick certainly met all of our expectations as a hard and talented worker. The patience and care he has given gave us an unforgettable experience. I hope people visit and have an amazing experience with Mr. Nick.

We just bought a mattress at Mattress Firm in Knightdale and our experience was great! Our salesman was very knowledgeable about all of the beds but wasn’t pushy about buying anything. He let us take our time to decide what we really wanted and answered all of our questions. Would return here if ever in need of another bed!

Today was a great 👍 day for me!!! Greg was very helpful assisting with finding what I wanted. He went through the internet to be sure that it was available! It was in the store so my purchase was a 3” Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper Queen Prime! I will share my experience with family and friends!

There is a Manger there named Taylor , she was so pleasant to work with . I felt confident buying with her because she laid out all of my options clear as possible and allowed me time to absorb the information. I'm definitely going back for future purchases. Taylor, the store manager was fantastic from start to finish. My wife and I recently decided to upgrade to a nicer mattress and really were unsure of what we wanted. Taylor went above and beyond and explained everything to us, comparing and contrasting the differences in many different beds. She wasn’t pushy or sales like at all. She genuinely made the experience great and we will for sure use her next time as long as we are in the area. Customer service and expertise is second to none !

My Sales person was Daniel and he was Professional and informative from the moment I walked through door and the time I left. He told me this was his 5th day at this location and I would have never guessed it. I told him my issues with sleep and being in pain every morning and I am Very happy he was my sales person.

Sleep expert Taylor was amazing. She took her time to help me realize what bed I actually needed. She listen to everything I was saying I need in a bed and went above and beyond to help me decided on my mattress. This lady is wonderful she knows her stuff.
