Jimmy helped my wife and I find the perfect bed. He was not pushy for the sale and listened attentatively to what we were looking for. He found the perfect bed that the wife loved and got the sale. I recommend dealing with Jimmy 100%.

Man.. Nick really loves working with people. He is really trying to work with my wife and I to get a mattress. He always trying to take care of us and listens to our needs. We need more people with his "people skills" and understanding that people bank with people". In the mattress terms. Lol.

Jeff took us through all the latest steps in finding the right mattress! It’s been 10 years since we have shopped for one and boy has the technology changed! A fancy bed you lay on that finds Your specific pressure points, and so on and so forth, till it tells you it’s recommendation for you. Pretty neat! Jeff was patient with us as we tried beds and talked through our wants and needs out of a mattress until we found one that seems perfect. Donna and Jeff made sure we got what we were looking for and set us up with the best options for delivery for us. Looking forward to a good nights sleep on our new and improved mattress and adjustable bed frame! Thank you Jeff and Donna for a great mattress buying experience!

Nick was amazing. Needed a box spring and he gave what I needed with no issues. Customer service was excellent and he was beyond patient with my needs. Will be back soon

Nick is an incredible sales associate. He truly knows the mattresses inside and out and their back story. He was honest with us and our expectations and did not push us towards one mattress or another. He really encouraged us to pick what we felt was best for our needs and gave us tips on what to look for. With 2 other customers in the store, he was able to juggle all 3 of us effectively without me feeling neglected. He has a great personality and it was a unexpected pleasure to have an enjoyable mattress shopping experience with him!

I was looking to replace my King mattress with a more durable one for my husband and I as he is big and tall. Nick was very helpful and patient throughout the buying process. He took his time to thoroughly explain the differences in the mattresses and adjustable bases. He made sure we got what we needed without being a pushy sales person. I would highly recommend him and this store if you are looking for great customer service. Will refer Nick to anyone I know looking for mattresses, bases, or pillows.

Nick was outstanding! Not your typical “sales guy”. “I was completely impressed with his professionalism and customer service! He was super informative, really knows mattresses!

We recently had the experience of Nick showing us multiple different mattresses throughout his store, and he was very professional and nice. He went above and beyond to figure out which mattress would work best for us and even had us lay on a test mattress machine to determine which style would work best for our bodies. He was very informative and he taught us many things we did not know about mattresses. He deserves a raise for his hard work and outstanding customer service.

Donna Wells was very professional and honest. She wasn't pushy with just trying to make a sale.. she asked about my concerns and sleep habits.. Her expertise and information provided helped in making my purchase. The mattress I bought was for my guest room and I wish I hadn't gone to mattress firm first when I bought the mattress for my master bedroom.. I highly recommend this store.. Donna was great

We initially stopped by to browse and they were extremely helpful without being pushy. We came back a few days later when we were ready to buy and it was a quick and painless process. We even called afterwards with some questions we forgot to ask and they immediately helped us.

I definitely enjoyed my experience today purchasing a mattress set for my family’s new home. Jeff welcomed my fiancé and I as we walked through the door. He showed us many types of mattresses that met our needs and he gave us the ample amount of time we needed to make a decision. While we completed the paper work process, Donna was very polite, super sweet and friendly. Although we were working with Jeff, she didn’t ignore us while sitting there.
