Walmart Pharmacy

I thought i was responsibly keeping track of my meds. Far from true, i not only had none after that night i was out of refills.
Never thought I'd say this but good thing the pharmacy had my back. Id previously signed up for autofill and also that thing where they text u updates on meds. So two days before i ran out they had called my doctor and refilled my meds so i only panicked 5 min until i remembered the text. If it hadn't been for tthat system i wouldn't have realized i had no refills until too late and would probably had no seizure meds for next night.

I took my sister to Walmart Pharmacy on Dorchester Road to get a prescription of antibiotics and pain pills filled. The pharmacist messed up on her antibiotics and only gave her half the pills she was supposed to have. Because it was closing time I thought nothing of it other than she had had a long day. After she corrected her mistake she then asked to see the bottle with the pain pills. She took the bottle where they count the pills dump them out and scooped them back in and immediately brought the bottle back. Something told me to count the pain pills so I did. The prescription was for 24 pain pills and we had only received 14. When I called her out on it she turned red from her neck to the top of her head! She is not a regular pharmacist there she was only filling in for the regular pharmacist today. So if you go to a Walmart Pharmacy and you see that you have a fill-in pharmacist named Emily, check your pill count before you leave! Because she pocketed 10 Norcos! Beware!

I’ve had pretty good success at this pharmacy although you do have to wait a while sometimes if there’s a lot of people there overall it’s very good

I have tried to call the pharmacy for over an hour.. once I select the option for the pharmacy.. the automate system disconnects.. I am beyond frustrated!!! Get it together Walmart!
