West End Laundry

This is the cleanest and most accommodating laundry in the city of St. Louis Mo. I have used them for years and their stellar service remains the same excellent customer service!!!

No matter where I live on the planet I prefer doing my laundry at a laundromat. First, it’s just easier to get it all done at once, and machines at laundromats are more efficient and better for environment. West End Laundromat is quickly becoming my fave laundry “haunt” in the whole wide world. It’s conveniently located on bus line near restaurants and Schnucks. The attendants are polite and helpful. If they see you coming with your laundry they hold the door open. It’s always clean, and the dryers are free. It’s busy quite often which shows it’s a fave laundry spot for many. I have never had a problem finding a washer or dryer to use though.

I’ve gone here a couple times now. Very pleasant atmosphere, dryers are free to use, and it’s kept clean and tidy. I highly recommend this laundromat

Great little laundromat! Super friendly staff, clean machines, and space. Conveniently located and offers free dryer Fridays! ATM out front, change machines inside, and vending machine for wash and dry products. Would highly recommend if you need to get those comforters washed for winter holidays.

Great attendant. It was my first time using a laundromat and he was very kind and helpful. The place is well lit and the attendant was constantly cleaning and wiping things down. Washing machines don’t take long and the drying is free.

I'm from out of town. I came across this place on google maps and it had good reviews. I was a little uncomfortable at first. The manager his name was Kenneth. He was extremely professional and helpful. The man didn't stop the whole time I was there. All the people were as nice as can be. It was a great experience. Free drying also. Megaloads on washers were $7.25. But with unlimited drying, I didn't mind paying. Plus I got all my clothes done in one load. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great laundromat! Kind attendant met me outside with a cart for my bag and helped me in. There is no ATM, but there are change machines and a couple vending machines. There is a bathroom, but no Wi-Fi (at least none that I found). Drying is free, but you need to babysit it because you can only do 10 minutes at a time and press the button to start again. Washers range from about $4.75 to $8ish I think. I don’t remember the exact prices. Overall, a great place.

Visited for the first time today. Ken was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and kind. The biggest washers are 7.25 and dryers (which run for 10mins at a time) are free. It's a fairly small laundromat but plenty of washers, dryers and seating. The attendants help you bring your loads inside and are just overall unexpectedly hospitable.

Ken, the owner, greeted us as with a smile as we walked in. He explained everything about the washing machines and told us that the dryers were free. The machines are clean and our clothes came out perfect. We are traveling across America stopping at different laundromats each week. This was a happy experience!

It was cool. Free dry, clean space, helpful attendants, lots of baskets and a working change machine. Who could ask for more! The soda machine is $1 for a can so BYOB lol. But the snack machine is pretty reasonable. The largest machine is a 6 loader and it's $7.25. So the prices aren't that bad either

Great staff, clean establishment. Sodas and vending machine are bit pricey, but it's a free dry place.

Clean, quiet, polite atmosphere on a Sunday afternoon. Free drying for customers is a big ++. Vending machines are fairly priced.

To the guy Nicholas that wrote he felt uncomfortable that he was the only white person there... you should be ashamed of yourself. All of the patrons were friendly and the owner, Ken, is a very kind, very professional guy. No need to feel uncomfortable whatsoever. Move out of the city if youre going to be ignorant.

Very clean and affordable

I really like this place. There is always a staff member available. It's clean and it's affordable. They have FREE DRYERS which is always a plus. Can't go wrong coming here

Love going 1st thing in the morning. The staff is very nice and helpful. Normally in and out. No issues! Highly recommend this place.

Ken (the man behind the smile) is the reason ill return here to do my laundry .. From the help with carrying the laundry in and out ....to the friendly southern hospitality...And guess what there's a bonus .........FREE FREE TO DRY
