The people helping me were great! Shout out to Svitlana who is new ; she so kind and patient as was the gentleman training/helping her.

Love Crate & Barrel. Just walking there makes me happy. I love kitchenwares and drinkwares there. They look nice for the price tag. Some plates, if not white, are easily scratched though. Order online and pick up in store is (supposed to be) convenient but there are times when they ask you to come to pick one piece one day (they will hold your order for 7 days) then another one on a different day, which is annoying and time consuming to keep going to the store.

Rhonda is the absolute best. She recognized I was waiting to be helped and came all the way over from the register to see what I needed. She answered all of my questions and got my ordered placed. Thank you for your kindness, Rhonda!

The home goods and decorations here are super awesome. When I went there were tons of fall items on display. Lots of ceramics as well as the other home and kitchen classics. This seems like a good place to buy stuff to decorate your home. The store is huge too.

I worked with Mary to design every room in a new home (including all the kitchen trinkets, etc.) and she was amazing — clear communication (including with 3D renderings to scale), responsive, upbeat, and most of all, patient with all my requests and updates. I’m very happy with C&B’s product selection and especially the great service from Mary and her colleagues at this location.

Just a quick run through Crate & Barrel. Didn't purchase anything. But loved the holiday decorating!

We’ve received numerous wedding gifts from Crate & Barrel, great for our new kitchen! One of the mixers was missing some parts. However, Debbie, at the Crate & Barrel store in Murray, UT, was so helpful and kind that she made the experience of exchanging a wedding gift (Kitchen-Aid’s manufacturing error) simple and quick. Excellent customer service at its best! Every employee at the store was friendly and helpful. I felt terrible arriving just before closing hours, but they were happy to assist me with a smile. I know some readers may find this review corny, but I want to recognize individuals who still provide excellent customer service. 👍🏻

Mason was very VERY friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my shopping experience! I happened to hear him training other employee on a Breville espresso machine and he showed me a mini demo on how it works! The coffee tasted really good. He explained the product in depth and I found it very helpful that I'm purchasing my new coffee machine soon!

Bought a bed and table in April table came out when arranged but bed was not going to be available until August thanks to shipping and parts availability. It turns out it was October and the headboard was damaged. Their shipping is beyond help unless you’ve got plenty of time . They don’t give you a time until the day before so you’re left with keeping a whole day open until then. Then it still may not be in town, then it just gets worse. They’re coming to take the bed back next week and give me a refund. There system of shipping is broke and they don’t seem interested in fixing it

C&B pretty much always deliver high standard. Ty was very helpful despite the high volume traffic. Very good! Love my mugs!

Can I say my favorite store at Fashion Place Mall! I just love Crate & Barrel. I love shopping for my clients and myself here all the time. This time Henrietta helped me and she was incredible. I will be back and I will look for Henrietta again!

We love using their curbside pickup option! The email updates are helpful and the system is super easy to use. The staff is always happy and helpful. My wife and I enjoy their products, without having to set foot in the actual store! Highly recommend!

Not to be dramatic, but I would probably personally die for each member of Crate and Barrel's team. Every time I call on the phone they are so helpful and kind but the Murray store goes above and beyond. I called in panicked because a sectional I bought (from another store, big mistake) kept getting delayed and I needed a space to sit! Peyton helped me locate a beautiful couch that fit my taste and condo size, and one that was in stock. We were able to choose a delivery date right there on the phone. If I could give 6/5 stars I would.

I want to say that my experience with Lorrie was amazing! She helped me earlier in the day, over the phone, to correct an issue on my curbside order. When I came in to the store in the afternoon she again helped me find a few other things I was looking for. She was was very helpful and cheerful.

Had to run in to return something I purchased online- easiest, fastest customer service and they do not give you any grief about returning something (which is hard to find these days). They also grabbed my other order from the back and were fast and efficient. Couldn't be happier!

Update: I didn't realize I had already reviewed this location. Truly, truly amazing staff. They always provide top tier customer service and are all so lovely. Thank you, Debbie and team!

The CSRs here are amazing! They are friendly, approachable, really know their inventory, and have great tips on when items go on sale, which materials are the best value for $, etc.

The best furniture to furnish home, office, and studio! Quality kitchen items and appliances!

I was in the store trying to find plates that I had seen in a San Francisco store and Andrea pulled out all the stops helping me track them down, even going so far as to call the store in SF! Thanks to all the time Andrea and another associate spent with us we found what we were looking for. We really appreciate them both!

A few months ago we purchased the Elara Metal Globe Pendant Light. We wanted one to replace a very old dining room fixture that we inherited when we purchased our house. The pendant is amazing. We recently had family and friends over to our house to celebrate Thanksgiving. Everyone commented on the pendant. It was a show stopper.
We like it so much that we are goin to purchase another and when we remodel our kitchen we have two hanging over our oversized island.

The customer service at Crate & Barrel was great. They were accommodating and though it was a bit disheartening that we would have to wait nearly two months for our purchase to arrive, it actually only ended up taking 2 weeks. Such a pleasant surprise!
