This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in awhile with a dentist office! Dr. Smith is seasoned and well rounded in his profession. I loved the personal interaction and well as detailed communication. The front office and dental assistant are professional and caring to every patient therefore, I look forward to a long term relationship in the near future.

Today was the first time to visit Dr.Smith. I was experiencing tooth pain. They got me in as fast as they could, even though I was not an existing patient. This was the best experience I have ever had from an office staff, dental staff, and the Dr. of course. Everyone was cheerful, made you feel welcomed and comfortable. The old filling was taken out, cavity removed, tooth treated and new filling put in without any pain or discomfort. The dental hygienist, Macy was also very accommodating making sure I was comfortable at all times.
I haven’t been to a dentist in nine years because the last few experiences I had caused me to feel anxious and belittled for not “not taking care of my teeth correctly”. Dr.Smith addressed the issues I need to take care of without shaming me. I wish all doctor offices we're like this.
I am so thankful and Praise God for having such an amazing experience.

Dr. Bob (James Smith JR) is the sweetest person i have probably ever met. The man is a wonderful dentist and he WILL NOT HURT you! I have recommended Dr. Bob to over 8 different people I know and they have all been to him and love him! Dr. Bob takes the fear out of going to the dentist! Dr. Smih and his staff make us feel like family. He's the sweetest and nicest guy in the world. He can do some amazing things simplifying what could have been a major problem. We have been going to Dr. Smith for years. Love him.

Dr Smith is the best dentist! I have been his patient for many, many years. He does not bring up services or products that you do not need - there are no sales tactics nor suggestions of unnecessary procedures ever. He is talented, traditional, and ethical.

Dr Smith is a great dentist!. One thing I really like about him other than his happy mood is that he doesn’t try and rack up costs like some dentist I’ve been to do. He’s an honest person. Love his office staff, always friendly.

I do have a phobia of dentists but my visit was very good. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I was treated like a person and not a medical file.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful Dentist. He has taken care of me and my family's dental health for the past four decades. He is honest, helpful, friendly and cares very much about his patients. His staff is very courteous and always make me feel welcome.
