Pharmerica

I was an Independent Contractor for Pharmerica. The Pharmacy Director Lisa Washington is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She is ruthless, has no regards to anyone’s feelings. She treats the drivers with no respect and assumes that we are all just dumb. The Pharmacist there make so many mistakes and we correct many of them while delivering and go out of our way to give excellent customer service. If it wasn’t for what the driver’s do while delivering they would not have any contracts with Nursing Homes. Ask the Facility Nurse’s and there remark is “The Pharmacy Sucks”. But of course she insists that it is the Driver’s. How Pharmerica has kept her there is unknown. Her staff turnover is the worse I have ever seen in any business. Every week is a whole new crew and that’s not exaggerating. She needs people skills and Management training and a Heart.
