Salesman was helpful and polite. The vehicle I went to purchase wasnt available to be driven home since the windshield was crank and a few other issues with the vehicle. Plus the price increase astronomically after taxes was added to include documents fees of $150 and dealership fees of $250. Wow was looking
forward to a great experience but it didn't happen here. Not sure if its just because I was a women that they could over charge. Don't expect any negotiations at this place.

They sold my sister a 2019 ford escape and the next day it wouldn't start. Sandro who claimed to be the owner picked the car up from her job to "look at it" and stated it was the battery and they replaced it. The issue then became a sputter which was noticed on the second day of purchase. We advised there was still a problem and he just kept saying "our mechanic said it was just the battery" . So after taking it to our own mechanic (WHICH HAD TO BE APPROVED BY THE WARRANTY) we were advised the entire transmission had gone out and it needed to be replaced leaving her to pay $1700 on top of the $3000+ she just paid as the down payment. THEY ONLY SPEAK SPANISH. AND THEY USE THIS TO GET OVER ON YOU. WE ONLY SHOPPED HERE BECAUSE WE KNEW THE WIFE OF ONE OF THE BUSINESS MEN AND ASSUMNED THEY WOULDNT DO THIS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY COULD CARE LESS, ONCE THE BANK THEY WORK WITH APPROVES THE LOAN THEY ARE DONE AND WILL NOT DEAL WITH YOU.

IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD, LUIS AND SANDRO SOLD ME A FORD ESCAPE AND THE TRANSMISSION WENT OUT IN THE FIRST WEEK.. I HAD THEM COME GET THE VEHILCE THE VERY NEXT DAY I BOUGHT BECAUSE IT WOULDNT START AND THEY CLAIMED IT WAS THE BATTERY.. WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR CHOOSE A DIFFERENT CAR I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL DO YOUR WRONG !!!

Don't Buy from these crooks! They talk in spanish thinking I didn't know what they were saying. But I know enough spanish to know they said "these stupid white people will sell us their truck cheap and we can make a lot of money off it". Fooled them. Dishonest, I bought a vehicle that looked good, they said it was revised I paid the entry, when the documents arrived and I went to remove the car in the afternoon the vehicle had problems, not even the headlight was working and I had difficulty at night, the vehicle came back for the store to fix it and it stayed for more than two weeks and it was not good, they also said that the vehicle had a clean title in CARFAX and I asked to see it and they didn't give me, I got the CARFAX by other means that condemned the vehicle, I was deceived. I asked for my money back and they said they would not pay the total amount, I said I would go to the police and only then they returned the money to me, they paid with a check and it was out of funds, I had to argue with them again and they paid me with another check from another bank. It is unfortunate the lack of character of these people who take advantage of the trust of others.
