MUSC Children's Health After Hours Care - Summerville

We went in about 1.5 hours before they closed and we were seen very quickly. I did call before going in to double check the wait time. Beyond friendly staff! Made my little one feel comfortable as she hates the doctor's. Not sure why so many people have negative reviews. This is a lot better option than a regular urgent care or emergency room! Will recommend to friends and go again in the future!

I have been to this facility multiple times and have always had an over the top excellent experience. From the receptionists to the PA’s to the doctors and specialists; every single person I have ever encountered is caring, knowledgeable, helpful and determined to get my child feeling better. I could not recommend this place more. I actually choose here over my child’s primary care doctor almost every time due to the outstanding people and service. Five stars- heck, I’d give 10 if they’d let me!!

My visit started with a super receptionist who was reassuring and nice the entire time. Both nurses we had for my 7m old were amazing and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The doctor we saw was caring, thorough, and considerate.

The environment was very welcoming and so were the people there. They made sure my son was very comfortable! I loved it there despite the circumstances.

The Doctor, the nurses and other staff were awesome. I took my 15 months old son in. He had been having trouble with his asthma. They rushed and made sure they did everything they could for him. While making him comfortable and happy with the things he liked. I am so grateful for them. They even had us stay a few minutes later to be sure that he was okay. Thanks again so much.

We had the best experience her starting with the very nice receptionist and the ease with checking in to the extremely wonderful nurse to the amazing doctor. Everything was clean, professional, and quick. They even gave my son a present because we had to cancel his birthday party today due to being sick. WILL DEFINITELY COME HERE IN THE FUTURE AND RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE!

Will always be my favorite place to take my daughter too! I have not found one bad worker there every time I was to take her. Even the front desk were always sweet and friendly when they greeted and got you checked in. Then the nurses, doctors are all the best! They help make sure that the focus is not only treating your child but entertaining the lil one during their care as it made for a easier trip!! Thank you guys for being a place to trust and never disappoint!

Jessica the nurse practitioner was amazing she calmed my nerves, was super thorough and explained everything in detail in what to do. Made my little man feel better, was super patient, she just did all the things. Thank so much!

The facility was nice and reception staff was friendly but the wait was pretty long. Which is unfortunately expected on a Friday afternoon. Nurse was nice and played a movie in the room while we waited for the DR. The Dr. was nice and informative. Would recommend

I’ve been taking my children here for years. Whenever we have issues and their pediatrician is closed when love coming here! We actually visited today, I am here now & the staff is just amazing, fast & efficient. They really do care & do their very best. Shout out ESP to Jessica the nurse practitioner & all the amazing staff ! Thank you!

Hands down was THE best visit to an urgent care I've ever had, the staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. Even the staff interaction was happy and that put everyone within the urgent care at ease. Our visit was spot on from every aspect down to making sure our pharmacy had the correct scripts when we left.

I will not go to a different urgent care in the area ever again.

We can't thank their staff enough for their kindness in getting us in, seen, and out in less than 30 minutes . We came in super late, out of town ( out of state for that matter ) and they went right to work helping our sick baby. The receptionist Tyla & NP Jennifer were wonderful (as were the other staff who helped in between). I highly recommend for an after hour clinic with sick children!

Took my daughter here when her fever wouldn’t break. They quickly diagnosed and treated her. Very friendly and professional staff. They made my daughter feel very comfortable. The most stressful time for a parent put to ease by lovely souls.

Got there at 9:55, 5 min before close. My 10 mo old had a fever of 104.5 and as a first time mom I was terrified. They calmed my nerves, did not rush us and did a few things to figure out what was wrong. We were there 30 min after closing & they didn’t mind a bit. Amazing service, so friendly and caring! Dr. Anderson and nurse Elizabeth were absolutely amazing! I was in and out within an hr. Dr. Anderson took her time and listened to my concerns about my 1 yr old and gave her the proper and fast treatment. She sat with me and explained directions and went over concerns. So glad I took my 1 yr here.

I have brought my grandson here for his 'flu shots for the past few years, and the service has always been great. He's been here with commercial insurance, with Medicaid, and with no insurance, and it didn't matter.

It's clear that one or two of the other comments here are for a nearby adult Urgent Care clinic rather than this Children's one. They do not treat adults here, and certainly not for EKGs. The erroneous comments have been flagged to Google.

Amazing staff & very caring personalities. You go in being very concerned about your child & come out feeling relieved and at peace. The doctor who we seen she was very helpful & so sweet to our children she knew how to handle everything that needed to be checked on our daughter. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful, kind & friendly type of place & staff! Thank yal!!

I love all the doctors and staff! Quick and efficient every time. I cant say enough good things id rather take my kids here than anywhere else. I wish you guys were a primary care location💕 and the nurse i dont know her name, yall who im talking about she's so chipper and friendly kids really respond to her! Thanks guys!

Staff was very friendly! Dr. Thacker was very thorough and informative! He did an amazing job with my son! Definitely recommend this place!

One of the very few places I trust! Very intelligent, caring and supportive staff! I have a special needs child and the staff went out of there way to help us. Doctor Yourshaw was knowledgeable, attentive and thorough.
