Don't judge a book by its cover. Excellent shrimp and grits for Sunday brunch. Looks like a rough place on the outside, but on the inside it is very warm and friendly.

Warm and friendly atmosphere. Outside looking at the Tavern looks smaller than it actually is inside. Spacious with plenty of seating inside and out. Will definitely make a stop.

Stopped through on a long ride and even though we had never been there, or even to that part of South Carolina, they made us feel like family! Can’t wait to stumble on to this gem of place again
